Good exam conducting software
My experience with the service has been positive. The web interface is intuitive and easy to use, making it accessible for individuals with basic computer knowledge. However, there is a minor drawback related to the occasional delay in the video ID verification process. Despite this, the overall experience has been satisfactory, and I appreciate the platform's user-friendly design and functionality.

A very budget friendly assessment tool
Eklavvya team was super helpful from walkthrough to implementation. One of the core reasons to get this platform would be the support.
PROS- Ability to create on-the-fly assessments for students - Clean data flow of user responses - Proctoring to avoid cheating
CONS- The UI is choppy - The formatting options could be improved for the content
Reason for choosing Eklavvya
While Mettl offers better features and good UI, it is very expensive compared to Eklavvya. To get an idea - The GST (tax) charged per ticket by Mettl was more than the complete cost of Eklavvya.

Most User friendly and Scalable software for Proctored assessments
We have been associated with Eklavvya from the last 2+ years, It has been deployed for large-scale proctoring assessments. It is a robust and reliable solution and works on low to medium internet bandwidth as well.
PROSUser-friendly and easy to configure the system. Customer Support is exceptional, we have used the system for more than 50,000 candidates and it worked smoothly
CONSAI proctoring reports can be improved, currently it provides facial recognition, secure browser alerts and malpractice in the report. But for overall analysis of proctoring in the report can be improved

Very easy to schedule assessments both proctored and non proctored.
Genuine and up to the mark, low budget wise.
PROSProctoring feature is very efficient, scheduling exams and also downloading reports are very easy to use.
CONSDuplication of questions cannot be monitored. System should restrict duplication of questions and options as well.

Best industry product
I have been using Eklavvya from last 4 years. At the time of pandemic, I approached them as there was need of online exam conduction.I have a coaching class having 200 students. We are assigning monthly one test exam for all students.As soon as they finish the exam, they may able to see score and review report which help them to progress in their preparation. In case students are facing any technical challenges then they can connect to support team who are available to resolve query in 4 different languages.I truly appreciate Eklavvya team for best service.
PROSUser friendly interface and recorded demo videos which helps non tech savvy person to customize the exam and it provide smooth exam activity.
CONSThey need to integrate scientific calculator on candidate side which is required most of the exam.

As we look back for last 6 month, we got excellent support from Eklavvya for skill assessment PAN India. We had achieved more than 95 % participation and conducted examination for 3000 plus employees. We know that entire team of Eklavvya will support us continuously for our skill development revolution across OMS fleet and other partners also looking forward.

CONStotally happy with overall support, nothing on technical ground but commercially expecting that rates of examination should be reduced further by 30 %.

Satisfied there were some technical issues but were addressed by the team. Will be using more often. One critical suggestion. Online exams can lead to a lot of anxiety. Help desk resources need to be equipped more efficiently and Timelines a are of extreme importance. Eklavvya Admin Experience_Feedback
It is actually a good product supported by a dedicated support team. We have had some technical issues but with the help of support team we were always able to get things sorted.
PROSThe technical support team (Dnyaneshwar) is very supportive, Dnyaneshwar is always on his toes and doing a commendable job by supporting us with all kinds of queries. Admin access is also easy to use.
CONSWe get lots of complaints that candidates are facing some technical issues. Sometimes even after assigning a few people did not receive it. (e.g. Gaurav Choudhary faced the same problem recently).

We used Eklavvya extensively during the lock down. It helped us conduct assessments for students as young as 10 years without any hassles. The customer support was exemplary.
PROSVery easy to use. Could be implemented in as school with students as young as 10 years.
CONSWe never faced any such issues. We had very basic requirements and these were fulfilled by the team.
