Great tool and service

I hired two Country Managers this year. I found one in Latvia with a recruitment agency and another one in Estonia through jobRely. It was 3 times quicker and 3 times cheaper with jobRely.

PROS

Way faster and cheaper than the old-school head hunting

Reaching passive candidates

PROS

We were hiring a senior technical role and jobRely platform was key in reaching passive candidates. With its easy to use recruitment assistant, we were able to quickly get in touch with potential candidates and schedule interviews in a fraction of time it takes with the conventional approach. Great service and great team.

CONS

The process was very easy to use, but integration to email would have been beneficial.

PROS

Nice looking, easy to navigate. Neringa promptly reacts after my reminders :)

CONS

My comments were not taken into account for the candidates' search (companies which should NOT be approached; students as they are not able to work full time, people who have started new positions 1-2 months ago, etc.). Also once the candidate accepts the invite automatic message reaches them regardless the time - it could be midnight or the weekend. It looks very unprofessional. It was a lack of prompt reaction to the messages received from candidates (2-3 days), therefore I had to do a lot by myself - which was not the intention and agreement when we agreed to work with JobRely.

Highly recommend software for in-house headhunting IT talents.

Exceptional! Highly recommend. It helped us find a CTO in several weeks, for a brand-new project with minimal costs. We are an early-stage startup and this is a must-have tool for every startup.

PROS

It's easy to use and navigate. Simple technology that does not require high-tech knowledge, or complex set-up. Helps out setting up processes.

CONS

We had minor technical issues in the beginning, but the onboarding manager offered great support and helped out along the way!

The Most Cost-efficient Hiring Tool I've Seen

Cost-efficient recruitment tool and service that I'd use again.

PROS

I was in the process of building a sales development team when the number of and the quality of candidates sent to me by traditional recruiters started drying out. The wide pool of passive candidates was tempting to explore, and the cost-effective process that jobRely pitched me sounded perfect. I didn't expect much, but they nailed it. Interviews started appearing on my calendar in less than 2 weeks and we made a hire in less than a month. I recommended jobRely to other hiring managers at Lumity.

CONS

I used it in the early days of the product so some parts of it felt manual. However, the customer service team more than made up for it, listened to my feedback, and fixed any kinks.
