Great recruitment tool with outstanding features

PROS

Employa has a great AI matching algorythm, that shows relevant candidates in no time. Also, it has a candidate lineup, so you can make sure that the candidate was ranked correctly. I like the candidate profile option - you can get extended information in addition to the resume and apply a bunch of flags e.g. job hopping, missing months, diploma mills etc. The great thing is engaging candidate in a dialogue, response rates there are extremely high. My best recommendations!

CONS

I wish it were more different integrations for more streamlined recruitment

Recruiting and Candidate Processing

Excellent tool. Excellent support.

PROS

This web based software has a well designed UI. We have received far more candidates through MatchMaster than any other tool/job board we have used. It does a great job of sorting through many applicants and floating the best matches to the top of the list. In addition, it displays graphically how well the candidate matches requirements.

CONS

The software doesn't yet support location based requirements. You have to look at their detail to know if they are located locally (if you are hiring in a particular location).

Great software and a nice deal

Great solution at a good price.

PROS

Employa is a great choice for all who wish to hire top talets at a short period of time. The software rates applicants based on their qualification which allows employers clearly see the best matches. Also, the upgrates and improvements come quite often.

CONS

We have no complains about the product.

A great tool to help choose the right candidate with minimum resources

PROS

The great screening of applicants. We usually receive a large volume of applications and tech recruitment tools help to shorten the process. This time, we decided to try Employa after we got disappointed with other applicant management tools. The problem with other software we used was that we were usually recommended to proceed with unqualified candidates. Employa's AI successfully solved that issue. The majority of candidates met our requirements so we quickly found a qualified professional for our position.

CONS

Design is still improving. Hopefully, they'll make it easier to perceive.

It is a useful tool, not only to find best talents, but to sort and update potential candidates.

PROS

We are really great we started to use Employa as it greatly improved our recruitment process. Employa's resume parser helped us to find a great candidate that absolutely met our requirements. Another great feature is automated communication with potential candidates. If some information is not included, the system automatically sends an email to a candidate asking to fill out the gaps in the resume.

CONS

Some of the features seem a bit hidden. Sometimes, we found the location of some buttons a bit tricky.

Employa turned our ATS into a sourcing tool

PROS

With Employa we found that our CV database could be used as a sourcing tool and even made a few successful hires. It saved hours of time on screening, checking and matching applicants to our specific search criteria. Also, it's been really easy to communicate with candidates. Automated communication really helped to get extra information about applicants that is not included in their resumes. So many advantages, it's hard to list them all.

CONS

There is not much to dislike. Helpful tool.

Outstanding HR product

PROS

Great software and many useful features to pick from. I have researched many tools, and none could offer what Employa does for the money. Employa identifies qualified candidates among thousand of CVs and, more importantly, justifies its results. You can see the rank of the candidate and the reasons for its rank. The system also notifies you of red flags and detects possible fraud.

CONS

There are some aspects of the tool that are not very intuitive.

Effortless candidate sourcing

PROS

The tool is very inclusive with a lot of criteria options to ensure that you are filling in the most amount of information to cover all aspects of the job you are hiring for. The interface is clear and simple. It's so easy to drag and drop when setting search criteria. Overall, Employa is a well-thought-out application.

CONS

It would be nice to have more integrations with other services.

A sourcing tool for everyone

PROS

Employa is the best and easiest solution for ensuring you are identifying top talent within a talent pool. Employa provides multiple sourcing and communication features that do all the manual work for you. We could save hours of our time that we spent on more valuable tasks such as interviewing and onboarding.

CONS

Sometimes there are bugs, especially when new features get released, but they are usually fixed fast. So, no major complaints.

Best resume parsing tool

PROS

Employa has a simple UI and it's easy to set up search criteria and view the results. Its AI engine is really fast and very accurate, we've got first match candidates in a very short period of time. I like that it also helps to make unbiased decisions, which is important for us in terms of building a diversified team

CONS

I'd like to have more integrations with other recruitment tools

High-quality candidate sourcing

PROS

Much more efficient than sourcing features within our ATS. The software quickly identified the top talent within our talent pool and ranked them based on our requirements. All the candidates we interviewed were qualified to do the job.

CONS

We don't have any compalins. There are some features that are not really necessary for our company, but it's likely other organizations may require them.

Employa is an excellent solution for small businesses that want to grow their team with top talent. Employa saves hours on sourcing and screening candidates and days on hiring the right person. We are absolutely satisfied with Employa's features and will definitely continue to use them for our future hiring.

CONS

No big downsides. The only thing lacking is onboarding.
