Review

I have been using this CRM software for a few years now and I have found it to be a great tool. It has a lot of features that have helped to better manage customer relationships and business processes. It is also very user-friendly and easy to use. I have been able to quickly learn how to use the software and get the most out of it. it would be very useful in a recruitment agency. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and effective CRM solution.

PROS

I liked most that the software was easy to use, intuitive and user-friendly. I also found the features and tools to be highly beneficial and useful.

CONS

Sometimes there are some Software bugs but it has sorted quickly

A lot for your money

Talisman is our strategic partner and we work very closely with them to continuously develop the products to meet our needs, to implement the latest tech and to provide better service for our clients. I have worked with no other software supplier which has been able to react to our changing requirements as fast as Talisman.

PROS

We have taken all of Talisman.tech's products and have worked in partnership with Talisman to further develop the products. The CRM is easy to approach and has just been given a great, new interface. The CRM helps us identify correct candidates and integrates with job board aggregators. The comprehensive comms functionality including sms, email, templates and documents makes it easy to action and track campaigns. The integration to the payroll system is seamless and easy. The payroll & charge system meets all our needs which is impressive considering our size and complexity. This is turn integrates with the credit control functionality and sales ledger system. As a web application, this integration means you can move around the system with ease. We also use the online timesheet system, timeline, as well as the client portal and the supply chain portal to service our master vendor clients. These integrate with the main system via an API. As a systems director it is impressive how little staff is needed to maintain such a large and complex system.

CONS

Until recently we struggled with integration with 3rd party products. But with the latest API development, this has now been resolved.

Reasons for switching to Talisman

We needed a system that could keep up with a rapidly growing company and which would maximise the potential talent pool. To fill more jobs and fill them faster whilst still keeping compliance and quality assurance up.

Talisman has helped us enjoy our work and be more efficien

We needed a technology that could meet our critical requirements, and their team was able to do so. Their data migration was excellent and quick. Because of our industry, we also required software that could receive SMS responses from candidates, and their software did so flawlessly, saving us valuable time.

PROS

I like their roadmap and how it will help our company as we expand into executive search roles in 2023. Their customer service is also quick and hands-on. I also believe that their software is simple to use for all of our recruiters.

CONS

We've had minor issues during updates to the system, but they share notices and workarounds before the updates, so might not be a major con.

Reasons for switching to Talisman

Better User experience, Migration, receiving SMS from candidates, automation engine, a road map to match our growth, and customer service.

Automation with Talisman made easy

Great experience and their innovation and custom detail for each customer are different. Not just a number

PROS

The custom dashboards can signal each process and flow easily define the workload, follow up etc. All the onboarding has been clear and help is at the end of the phone with your account buddy. Direct e-mail campaigns are great and have had real results

CONS

Sometimes the processes aren't easy to figure out but this isn't really an issue with the help from the CS team

Many reasons but there vision and ongoing development sealed the deal

When they moved the ownership it became impossible to contact them and resolve any issues

PROS

Talisman has a centralised candidate and client database which allows users to store all profile information, making it easy to access and search for people. The system allows users to customise workflows to fit specific recruitment processes and coupled with using the chrome extension which has saved me countless hours which I didn’t realise was a huge waste until now.

CONS

With moving the tech forward so quickly, support of current processes can sometimes falter.

One of the better ATS&Databases that I have used

PROS

Easy to manipulate and export data allowing KPIs to be managed effectively. Brilliant that is works as a centralised candidate database which allows storage of all profile information in one accessible place. There are a few little tricks that I have picked up that have really increased my efficiently in working

CONS

When the system does update there tends to be a few bugs which are frustrating, but it is no different to any other ATS system out there.

PROS

Talisman is really easy to use and makes the process of tracking candidates and clients very seamless. The platform evolves regularly so it always has up to date features when using it which ultimately improves the way us recruiters are able to perform in our roles.

CONS

The speed of loading between different pages, it can sometimes be quite slow.
