I have used Jamf tools for the computer as well, and they all work great, support is always helpful and easy to reach when need help.

Overall the experience has been extremely positive and I would definitely recommend Jamf, they are the best in the business.

Jamf Pro is the ideal solution to manage all the devices needing to go home to students in our school district. All students need an easy to use and reliable experience.

Prior to beginning use of Jamf, I managed our student iPads via Apple Configurator. The process was painstaking, frustrating, time consuming and often, unsuccessful requiring many calls to Apple Help.

Ease of use and support. The company culture is amazing.

Tech Support was pretty responsive in resolving an issue we had with user-enrolled devices.

Jamf customer support has been great from the initial install, transition to cloud, upgrades and general support questions.

Day 1 support of all Apple releases, full roadmap compatibility with Apple, and dedication to the integration of Apple products at the enterprise level.

Jamf has been great to work with, but their pricing is not cheap and their mandatory $5,000 upfront training costs seem a bit absurd.

Apparently the problem has been addressed in the next release.

This is understandable, but we don't receive a followup on when to update. This is more of an annoyance than a con.

Support is amazing and always helpful, They guided us on call, chat and even on remote sessions as well which is exceptional service.

With Jamf Pro, most all of those problems go away and you have a simple to use, streamlined process to manage all of your Apple devices.

They have a great support team to ensure that your Jamf instance is what you need it to be for your environment. The JNUC, user conference, is also a blast to attend.

Their support and service people are always a pleasure to work with. The advanced training courses are also really great, and the instructors are extremely knowledgable.

Inventory control and reporting is fantastic. Everything about the system is both high-quality, advanced, yet easy to use.

Some features that seem basic are missing, and some of the most highly voted feature requests sit in an 'under review' status for years without being implemented.

Nlyte is a great and useful product, but it could be so much more than it is.

Conversion was very painful. Some data was not populated correctly, other data was dropped.

The user interface must be written from the point of view of a naive first time user.

If you have a problem, they might call it a feature request and it will never get looked at again. If you see something in their demos, it will probably cost another 50k.

Ease of use and installation. It was a lot easier than expected.

I am quite happy with the nlyte product, even if to use it at its best, there is an need for an efficient organization of people who keep everything up to date.

Very customizable, however you have to customize about everything. Nice idea for a product, but poorly implemented, worsely supported and highly over priced.

Many wish we could revert to previous tool but others see Nlyte as a good tool. Overall, it costs a bit more than than it should, given the value it provides.

The interface is easy to use and there is a lot of information at your fingertips.

Steep learning curve if no experience with DCIM. The initial set-up is a bit confusing and should be a streamlined as possible.

Out of many, the most impressive feature I found is Nlyte Asset Optimizer (NAO) that makes asset lifecycle management very efficient.

Using the search function is easy, and allows you to quickly move assets around.

Bulk Data manager is a great feature as well as cabinet planner.
