Maintaining a workspace can be difficult with many activities.

Very few features, Clients can't be set at the task level, no integration with services like Github for goal tracking, terrible UI.

The product itself is great and we rarely need assistance from the LP team to get the most out of the platform.

The best thing is that you don't need a few platforms to see the time left, the budget and the tasks.

Great tool for project management, despite the cost.

It is very Confusing and looks very old visually.

Its built for enterprise integration, so in our industry the lack of integration into our CRM systems was limited.

There's no 'undo' function, so if you make a change accidentally, it can take a while to figure out how to go back.

I think it is a fabulous product and I am happy we chose it for our business.

Overall, it's provided my company with a good organization method and we're able to effectively collaborate on tasks.

The customer support for the software is great.

My experience was really good and I will be using this again in the future.

Finding your way through projects or my work can be difficult. Home screen seems to not update with all group chat.

Sometimes the Take Control access intermittently doesnt work for no reason. Event logs and log parsing is difficult to configure and doesnt quite work as expected.

It's a good product once you get through the learning curve. The product admins are eager to make the product more effective and efficient at helping you manage your client's networks.

Every added option has a cost. This makes it very difficult to cost price for taking on new customers.

After using it for 3 years, N-Able was a frustrating experience.

Nothing really, it frustrated me , until we found Datto , amazing company.

I have been extremely impressed with N-Central management's willingness to help ensure our deployment is successful.

They are asking me to buy Licence’s and I have refused. We are social distancing and this has made it stressful for myself and my customers.

The monitoring agent broke our customer's network.

I have dealt with N-Central for many years and have repaired badly set up systems and worked it up from scratch.

N-Central staff has gone above and beyond what was expected to make sure our deployment is successful.

N-Central is very powerful and customizable. Configuration is very granular and allows experienced administrators to configure almost limitless monitoring.

Very counter-intuitive on instructions. Figuring out thresholds for alerting can be difficult.

Great tool for network monitoring, good at what it's built for.

This product has been great to use as we are migrating to it.

The patch management feature is far superior compared to any other platform I have used. They are partnered with BitDefender offering an integrated AV solution providing a true complete RMM solution.

It is hard to understand for the average system administrator to set up.

Overall, we have been very happy with the product. It does require some investment in configuration, but that investment allows for a very powerful product.

Over all they are very good at taking your money and over the years have been hard to communicate with. It’s all sales sales sales.
