I need help twice and I reached out to customer service (although it was not apart of my monthly plan) and they still contacted me to resolve the problem within 24 hours.

We spent hours with customer service until we were told they stopped supporting our OS version. No warnings, no emails, nothing.

Sometimes the files do not sync properly or there are missing files. Another issue is since this is a cloud based platform there are outage problems as well and could use more backup data centers.
