  • Pros

  • Good information is like IP address and analytics are there on right. It can be helpful in debugging some unreproducible errors and can be also helpful in finding marketing strategies for conversions.
  • The Left menu and search is very user-friendly also, I liked the filters, they are not visible at first, but once you get there it is easy to use and very useful.
  • Cons

  • I did have trouble editing fields. It would not let me delete characters and I would have to remove the wizard and start over.
  • Too many options sometimes are not good because the user will confuse which option that suit their needs.

  • Works well, excellent customer support, easy to use once you get used to it, visually very nice, good selection of reports.
  • Paladin is very easy to learn and use, making it a very productive package of useful tools to accomplish the goals and needs of our business.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the software runs into a glitch where it can be annoying. An example of this is when we scan in certain prescriptions and nothing gets loaded.
  • Then when we finally cancelled our service with them, I was told that I would not be charged again.
