It's great to manage multiples Google Business Profile listings in bulk. Tool very easy to use. Allow us to manage the reviews across all the markets. Good customer service support. It shows all the keywords we are ranking just with the GBP locations.

I was looking for a product to view reviews and responses for all our locations in one place along with other analytics for Google Business Profiles. I am now using the posting feature as well which is nice to have in one tool.

Would love to see scheduling included in the posting feature.

GMBapi.com is a well-arranged tool where you can find all information from your own My Google Business pages. In addition, it is useful to view all reviews and find out which have not (yet) been responded to. In addition, I find the collaboration very pleasant and I see my contact person as a sparring partner in the field of My Google Business

None at the moment! In the past I had passed on a number of points for improvement and these were picked up very quickly.

Overall: Professional tool, easy to implement and to easy use. Very Help full time saver to more departments in our organizations like E-com, Sales department and customer service. It is perfect for our OMNI Channel strategy.

Pros: GMBapi.com is a good tool where you can find all information from your Google GMB. Very handy for Customer Service Management to view the reviews when you have more then 150 stores. The collaboration is proactive and pleasant. Also great that you can send a Post to more Stores at once is a massive time saver. Lost but not least the price you pay per Store is very respectable.

Cons: What we likes to see in the map navigation overview is our own stores "Xenos" as a (yellow) dot/pin. So you can see te movement beter to the stores.

GMBapi helps me manage multiple locations. This saves me a lot of time when I compare it to the past. Very happy with the tooling.

Currently, there are no points to address. However, I've previously provided feedback on several areas for improvement, and those were promptly acknowledged and addressed.

Its been very positive and recently switched from Yext and happy with the move. Highly recommend

Scheelt heel veel tijd doordat ik nu maar 1x een post hoef te plaatsen ipv 80 keer per winkel. Daarnaast ook handig om overzicht te houden en hoeft je dit niet los in GMB per winkel te checken.

Je kunt hier overzichtelijk zien bij welke winkels je nog iets mist en hoe het gaat. Daarnaast is het heel handig om via deze tool een post bij alle winkels tegelijk te plaatsen. In GMB kan dit alleen apart per winkel.

Very positive! Due to GMBapi we managed to increase our Googly My Business results with 70% over the first 6 months.

There were two things that I liked the most about GMBapi's service. The first thing was the counselling from the team. They are always eager to help and explain to you. The other thing is how clear the results are shown to you. That makes it very easy to interpret your results.

I really don't have any. If there was something, I could simply ask the team and they would solve it immediately for me.

The benefits we realized is that I felt more connection with other departments in a big corporate company. The tool gave me practical insights, and I was able to clearly present the data to other colleagues. I really appreciated that I could always ask for help to the consultants to get some personal help when I needed it.

What I liked most about the software, is that everything is included together. From downloading the QR-codes for the reviews, to insights from every company page, etc. We did an A/B test for landingpages and that worked perfectly.

It is a lot of information, so it's important to get some help in the beginning how to use the tool.

Voor mijn stage maakte ik wekelijks gebruik van GMBapi.com. Ik gebruikte het vooral om winkels te optimaliseren en posts te plaatsen. Ik vind het een duidelijke tool en werd (indien nodig) altijd snel en goed geholpen door [gevoelige inhoud verborgen] wanneer ik vragen had.

Door mijn stage heb ik maar een korte periode met de tool gewerkt. Zijn nog geen dingen die ik niet fijn vond.

The team are very helpful and flexible. Similar solutions just weren't priced appropriately for our use-case and we worked out a reasonable deal with GMBapi

The old version was a little unclear and not super attractive, but new version is much nicer!
