It is easier to build pretty reports without installing extra software such as SSRS and licensing is cheaper than SSRS.

Setting up the initial data connections is tricky. However, once that's configured there is not a lot of maintenance needed.

Version 4 has been difficult since we migrated to SQL.

The Business plan is great and allows you to import data to generate any report you want. It can be easily integrated with Power BI and other BI visualization tools.

PMA provides the best data connectors for GDS. The data integration and connectivity performance is great.

I can create dashboards with ease, it works as it should and fast and it's pricing is really attractive for a freelancer with a few clients.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to check if every kpi's were available during the trial.

PMA has been a great addition in the past week. It has enabled us to connect Share-A-Sale and our CRM.

The streamlined buying process left me a bit alone without an AE to tap for quick-turn-around answers to questions that arose while we were in the consideration phase.

I'm testing as an alternative to SuperMetrics, the pricing and plan options look more flexible, so far it looks like a good alternative.

So far my experience with custom care has been very good. I like the option to purchase a single connector at quite low price.
