I was most impressed by the customer support we received from the UKG team. We had a few meetings with their rep and they ensured we were ready for rollout before rolling it out to our employees. I am a part of the recruitment team, and it is very easy to move a new hire through the candidate process. I also appreciate that there are representatives available to assist with support either through an email or a phone call. #### Cons I wish UKG had created some visual guides for employees, both on the admin side and on the user side. The ease of use between entry and mid-level managers from restaurants to our corporate office is also really intuitive. #### Cons UKG Pro does not seem to have a support team that is scalable to meet the needs of administers like myself who often ran into issues with features of UKG Pro, such as UKG Pro Learning, which is their digital LMS platform. While I appreciate that they have a support specialist team to communicate updates or give you a timeframe on how long it will take to research an item, it takes awhile.
