It's a great tool that integrates seamlessly with Jira and simplifies communication between developers and testers in our team.

We use aqua primarily for requirements engineering and it works very good for us. Before we started with aqua we used text files for describing the requirements of our products.

I think we got a fair price for a solid mix of issue tracking, reporting, and even some agile functionality. Customer support is always answering very quickly and the product is often updated.

Even with some limitations due to the trial version, the customer service was excellent and very fast to answer every doubt or request that we had and this was very much appreciated.

There is no test automation inside the tool, so we have to use test automation tools as integrations.

Views would sometimes get stuck and show no tickets, but that doesn't happen anymore.

Aqua is (as far as I know) not ideally designed für agile workflows, but can be integrated as testing tool in jira for example.

The main problem is communications between customers, product and project managers and our development team.

This is an advantage especially when you do not have these processes supported by any tool. Even though you already use some commonly used tools Conclusion has built-in adapters.

But we don't think this is a problem. The application developers can use  only simple developers approaches (CSS, HTML5, JS).

For us, the ability to customize and adapt to our needs is very interesting. This feature allows us to go both ways.
