Pros/Cons
Pros
- The onboarding and implementation process was smooth and efficient, with great support every step of the way. Their team is responsive, service-oriented, and truly invested in our success.
- I like that it integrates with Shopify and Quickbooks, it has options for customization, and there is endless opportunities for growth.
- Overall I love it has helped me grow and scale better I really do like it and like how they constantly adding new things to the software can be better and a little more user friendly.
Cons
- There should be a detail report to print/view before printing the payroll checks. The pay liability section is good and bad, it is bad if it is not used all the time.
- One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory.
- The only slight downside is a large learning curve to get used to its complex system.
Pros
- I love how easy the quick sale buttons are to set up and love that you can add pictures to each one for better recognition.
- Not only are we pleased with the program but also the staff is great. POS Prophet Systems have been very helpful and have gone out of their way to fulfill our needs.
- I was most impressed with the service; the company has a great support system to resolve software issues very quickly (even during holidays).
Cons
- We have had some chargebacks, some fees, and have spent alot of time on 5 transactions in which we both lost some money and our customers lost some money.
- We have not been able to figure out if it is a merchant services problem, a POS problem, or some of both.
- Over the years there have been very few glitches or problems with the software; it just runs and runs.
