Their customer support is awesome and they respond to inquiries within 12 hours. The features are great and easy to use.

The Point of Sale offers many great features like the quick access tabs and return of sales.

This is not efficient and is time-consuming. QuickBooks Desktop is not updated for each change to an order.

Learning the software was not the easiest. There are some limitations with the package we bought.

I am pleased with this program and will continue to use it going forward.

I find it amazing, and refreshing, in today's business atmosphere that their are still companies like Agiliron with old fashioned values and the willingness to see us succeed.

Ability to perform bulk updates is great. Moving to Agiliron allowed us to standardize our inventory throughout the organization.

Using Agiliron has given us more confidence in our processes, and allowed us to focus on other areas of the business.

One thing I have found to be difficult with Agiliron is physical inventory.

This software offers a lot of great functionality for the user and once you get the hang of it, its quite easy to use.

There should be a detail report to print/view before printing the payroll checks. The pay liability section is good and bad, it is bad  if it is not used all the time.

Promises were empty, no follow through. Customer service was very poor; wouldn't get back to us until we followed up several times and threatened to cancel our contract with them.

This has eliminated a ton on manual entries and has saved us time and money compared to other systems.

Best value for the money. Onboarding process is great.

It is good for small or medium businesses to do the inventory.

I like that it integrates with Shopify and Quickbooks, it has options for customization, and there is endless opportunities for growth.

Staff training is great. Centrally managed inventory for multiple stores/warehouses and multiple sales channels.

IT is extremely user friendly and with that it saves time in training staff.

Frankly, we are a small company and I know they must have bigger clients but they always make us feel like we are very important and go out of their way to help us.

The only slight downside is a large learning curve to get used to its complex system.

Overall I love it has helped me grow and scale better I really do like it and like how they constantly adding new things to the software can be better and a little more user friendly.

Matrix item products allow us to generate infinite model numbers using multiple items code options to build our new construction stair box product.

I liked that I can have a front website customized to my particular needs, an internal management system for my business, and it is easily accessible across any device that can access the internet.

Functionality and customization is limited unless you have the Enterprise edition. Some of the back end formating causes issues with pricing with 8 decimal places.

Ability to integrate website database with in-store POS database; ability to link to QuickBooks accounting software; ability to perform POS sales on mobile device through app.

Engineering was even able to modify their system to accommodate a feature I needed that previously did not exist. Great company and great people to work with.

This software is saving us time and resources by simplifying the process to order, receive and ship out goods. The software is very robust and customizable and the customer service is excellent.

We look forward to working with the Agiliron team, as everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and pleasant.

I really like the ease of entering and revising orders. It's helpful too that CaterZen keeps track of our customers orders and information.

Easy to customize to our needs. Support is amazing with articles to review on our own as well as quick responses to questions I may have.

The best part of CaterZen, initially,  is how quickly a company can go from not having a catering system and CRM system to having one. Our company was up and running in 3 weeks.

User friendly, calendar view of all caterings, built in invoicing , accounting, rapid order entry and most importantly marketing and sales functions to help as grow our business.

I like the ease of retaining customer information. We have recently discovered a few features that have made it easier for us to keep notes on addresses and it has been making a huge difference.

This program is very user friendly. The support staff is helpful and they want to see you succeed.

Probably just the uncertainty of using a new program but that comes with any.

My experience has been great. It is easy to keep up with our clients in rcs.

But I could be wrong because I don't know all the functions of the program.

I appreciate the acknowledgement and communication that they are working on getting me an answer. I like the Loyalty Program and also knowing that you all are able to send out our certificates for us.

Overall experience is great, but I wish you had a live support option. It takes a lot of time to fix my issues when it was a simple fix.

While there are some occasional glitches, it is a super helpful product overall. Loved the initial training.

I love the ease of use and having everything in one spot.

What I love most about this software is how it shows me how much each customer has spent and how many orders the client has ordered.
