ArtCloud is easy to use and allows me to know where the art is at all times, create quicklists for galleries and clients, and build a website based on my inventory list.

UX is kind of poor and annoying sometimes. Need serious improvement.

In general, the support is excellent, which was (and still is) very important to me in the ever-changing art market.

No usable security at all so there is no way to control when employees access system or from where.

RepairShopr has so much functionality. Personally I strongly believe RepairShopr has increased the ability of smaller businesses to exist.

The software runs very smoothly, and where we have come across issues, the support has been excellent. Syncs with Quickbooks and constantly gets improved.

A bit confusing and limited functionality. The platform is mobile-friendlyish.

Software is Great and the Price is Great as well.

Great for communicating through ticket flows and tracking time spent on jobs as well as which employee did what. We also really love the e-mail opened feature for when the end user opens your invoice.

The features, job tracking, inventory tracking, integrations with EVERYTHING, the time saved and ease of use.

Repairshopr gives a much more modernized feel while maintaining an easy-to-use UI than some of our previous solutions.

It is the best software for customer relationship management I have come across so far. It is reliable and easy to use and I wound recommend my business partners to try it.

When I have contacted customer support with an issue, they have resolved it within a reasonable timeframe. Can't ask for more than that.

Seamless integration for our inventory, ticketing, billing, and payment solutions.

Overall, it's a pretty decent tool with good value for money. Gets the job done really.

We have been using it for 4 years and it has made business better for us and our end users. Compared to traditional paper systems it is a life and time saver.

From the deep hell that is ConnectWise to the limitations of ZenDesk, we kept running into roadblocks and compromises. Not to mention terrible UI's, high costs, and so on and so forth.

Lot's of time can be wasted if accounting is done improperly.

I was always amazed at how often new useful tools were being added. I'm pretty sure they don't have a huge team, but it felt like there must be hundreds of them with what was being accomplished.

Email only, slow response and no actual action taken.

The thing I disliked the most was the mobile app.

With an abundant choice of integrations, a low cost, top-notch support and good speed, RS is a great product. And from what we've seen thus far the folks at RS are working hard to make it even better.

Great and easy integrations with lots of services are included. Imporved our ability to easly communicate with clients- including intergrated text services.

I've had their support team do very specific customization of the API and the end result turned out great. Added functionality for what I need to do.

Terrible service when requested for issue fix. Inventory system not to par.

A great inventory management tool that's easy to use for all employees.

The ability to keep track of customer records, comments and progress tracking are just a few.

Some of the features are limited and payment gateway options are somewhat limited.

Has all the features I need (so far). Great weekly or biweekly updates, fantastic customer support when I have questions.

RepairShopr suits both of our needs well. They are improving the MSP side of things pretty frequently and we are happy for it.
