Pros/Cons
Pros
- Customer support is wonderful and always able to answer my questions and help me with any issues that arise. I like the integration features with other services that are utilized (i.e. PMP).
- I am very comfortable using Best Rx. It's one of the best ones that I have come across, Having used Opus ISM, Win Rx, Micromerchant, I like Best Rx amongst all of them.
- If we ever have difficulties or questions, BestRx is easy to contact and they are helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially during the pandemic.
Cons
- Compounding, Cannot print a detailed log or link formula. Quantity on hand of compounding negative.
- Dual billing and medication database. Prescription billing information of past is very hard to read.
- The monthly amount charged to small independent pharmacies is high.
Pros
- When we have encountered any issues RxVantage has been very quick and responsive to help resolve any these for us or our Reps.
- My overall experience has been great and I love it. I communicate with all of my representative and I find it easy to navigate.
- My overall experience has been wonderful. This is a system I now depend on to assist me in a very important aspect of my job for the whole office.
Cons
- In many cases, this is almost as bad as having offices that do no lunches.
- Sometimes the auto cancel is confusing other than that nothing.
- Cancels appointments if Rep does not confirm with 2 days prior to scheduled date.
