  • Pros

  • Its fast, the card processor is amazing, its easy to use, offers free trial version which is good for testing. Using t om my ipad makes it more fun.
  • It is very useful and great POS for small businesses. It is very easy to handle and easy to use POS.
  • Cons

  • We lost so many sales because of upset customer because they are unable to pay their bill. I would either have to comp their meal or they would just leave because of Bindo's application.
  • They were arrogant when there was a problem and they had no solution except to hardwire to a printer. It is also ridiculously priced for functionality.

  • One thing I most like about Timely is that it is focused on just one field which salon. It is precise and intuitive.
  • Ease of use and functionality and a fair price.
  • Cons

  • Plus customer Service is horrible and not friendly. It doesn't always refresh and it is hard to try to troubleshoot problems.
  • I am sad that they still do not have a built in loyalty program, its really the only thing its missing for my needs.
