"New tap-to-pay POS feature is a game changer for on-site transactions and speed. Since I'm only a summer-seasonal business, it's nice that I'm able to PAUSE my subscription so that I'm not paying out of pocket while there's no revenue coming in."

"It provides a professional structure, scales well as the business grows, and integrates nicely with other tools like Shopify and Stripe. While there are some limitations in advanced customization, the stability, ease of use, and support quality make it a strong choice for rental-based businesses."

"Unfortunately, it is not possible to create discount codes for customers with the Basic plan—you need to upgrade for that, which is a bit disappointing."
