DoorDash is apart of the future.
I love how easy it is to use this app. I also love the interface.
CONSI have no cons or what I liked least about DoorDash.

DoorDash for Food
I like how easy it is to use DoorDash. I often order food because, as a teacher, I have a very short lunch break. Since I am not able to go out to get food, I need to order when I wasn't able to prepare a meal beforehand. DoorDash always delivers in a timely manner. It is easy to communicate with the driver. The fees charged are the same as other companies, if not less. There are also promotions that can be used, which makes the experience better.
CONSOne thing I dislike about DoorDash is that it doesn't have as many restaurants as other similar services. If it had more options, I would order more frequently.

Worst food selivery service ever
It is the worst experience ever. I had order here a couple times but each time I order there is a problem. Onetime my order was left at the wrong place, the picture sent had wrong address but order itself had right and customer service refused to help. The other time they refused to help after my order was cancelled after the restuarant accepted it and we waited 1 hr for food.
PROSIt gives you option to get instant help from bot.
CONSThe delivery is not accurate, you are likely to get your order 30 kins past the delivery time frame. The customer service is worst and not helpful at all. They would tell you simply they can't help you due to policy even if it is regarding not receiving your order, missing items, food quality issues, cancellation from restuarant after 1 hr wait, etc.

I liked the flexability to work, it was a cool little side job
PROSI like that I could go out and work anytime I felt like it. It's really cool the way it works and makes everybody lives a lot easier with food being delivered to your door
CONSSometimes food gets delivered cold, and the lines to pick up the food can take a super long time . It also takes alot of gas to get paid $4 per order and sometimes not even get a tip

Almost Too Easy to Order Food
DoorDash is a great product that makes food delivery incredibly easy. It can be expensive and there can be mistakes with the order, but the overall benefits outweigh the bad parts.
PROSDoorDash has made it almost too easy to order food online and have it show up to your door in under an hour. They have an impressive display of restaurants to order from. The app got even better lately with the integration of grocery shopping and picking up your packages.
CONSThe thing I like the least about the software is the added cost that is baked into every item. If I compare the prices on the app to the prices at the restaurant, it is inflated by a significant amount on the app. There are also a decent amount of mistakes to your order when you get it.

My Take on DoorDash
My overall experience with DoorDash is nice because I like using DoorDash to get food and to get deals/promos.
PROSWhat I like about DoorDash is the variety of places to eat, choices of food options, the app, deals, and promos, and I like how you can manage your orders where to deliver and pick up.
CONSWhat I don't like on DoorDash is about that sometimes, I wish there's more offers (promotions) because it's nice to get some and to try out for promotions. It's like not even enough.

It was rough at first due to pandemic changes it has gotten better with the errors of communication.

Good to utilize if you don’t have delivery drivers
Overall it has been good
PROSIt helps us get our food and beverage items delivered to our customers as we are not able to hire a delivery driver ourselves. Given that there is a fee, we are able to mark up our items slightly to make up for that.
CONSWhen we make menu or price changes, the app often will not sync up with our system.

Good but Expensive
It simplifies the process of putting together a group order for a meal to be delivered.
CONSIt's awfully expensive when you factor in fees and some prices are inflated when compared to the restaurant's website on top of that.

Good Investment
It has been a predominately good experience. Customer service is generally good (sometimes a bit hard ton understand) They usually resolve issue quickly.

Miles ahead of the competition
Very useful service overall. Highly recommend.
PROS1. Doordash almost never goes wrong with their deliveries, which are accurate and on-time. 2. I have used its competitor services in multiple areas, but they are all so far behind Doordash. 3. When Doordash was delivery partner of Walmart, they did a great job delivering groceries efficiently 4. Discounts
CONS1. I kept getting notifications that I am eligible for a discount, but the promo codes never worked when I used them. This was very annoying. I have planned to order just because of promo codes, only to be disappointed later 2. Often there is $1-2 difference in prices between dining in and online, which is really disappointing.
Reasons for switching to DoorDash
Uber Eats was terrible with the delivery. And they also used to hide 'Service fee' as 'Taxes and Other Fee'

I am a student doing my masters in software development, this software has helped me understanding the various aspects that help a software run smoothly and how different features can be added without making the software too complicated to use.
PROSThe best thing about this software is the ease of use, even a new user can easily navigate through the app. I personally love the various filter options that are provided for selecting the various cuisines, delivery times, discounts and various other factors.
CONSThe thing I like least about this software is how sometimes it takes a lot of time to assign a dasher to the order due to which the delivery time gets delayed sometimes.

My go-to for food delivery
DoorDash allows used to search food and goods by location, category, etc. They have expanded from just food delivery, and list important information on the main screen so users do not have to navigate back and forth between a menu screen of all restaurants/stores to individual ones for information such as distance, delivery free, and rating. The app also allows users to categorize by ratings, under 30 minutes, and price. I use DoorDash with my Chase credit card (annual fee) which includes free DashPass, delivery, and $5 per month towards an order.
CONSAs with most delivery apps, food/good prices are increased so you may be paying more for a meal that you would pay less for in person directly as the restaurant, but you are paying for convenience. Some restaurants also list expensive delivery charges, however if you pay for the DashPass, the fee should be waived.

Door Dash for Food Delivery
Compared to other apps that work on this platform sometimes they do have cheaper offers, promo codes and the pass can be super useful. They have made slight changes and improved the layout making it more clear.
CONSSetting the account can take sometime and slower compared to other apps, takes sometime to also get the right location. While they do have a customer service platform that you can reach out to, they aren't always helpful. They delivery service is also not the best sometimes it takes too long, things missing etc. Hence, this made me switch to other platforms.

DoorDash- Easy to Follow as a Customer and a Dasher
It is intuitive to use the website or app as both a customer/user and as a Dasher/delivery person. You can see where your order is at as a customer and, as a Dasher, easily select from a menu an update on the food to provide the customer. DoorDash has great customer service- I was always refunded if my delivery was wrong, very late or never arrived.
CONSDoorDash obviously has competitors and sometimes their fees are less. I think you can minimize such fees by subscribing to DashPass. Otherwise, you can be hit with a fee each order that can add up. Dashers don't usually get much of this fee in terms of pay.

User and Driver for DoorDash!
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend DoorDash. Especially when you do not want to go out and cook and don't feel like cooking at home. SO easy and convenient!
PROSI like DoorDash the most out of all food delivery apps. I also drove for DoorDash when the Pandemic hit and made a decent amount of money doing it. It is very user friendly and made delivering food so simple. I'm glad I had this as an option when I was out of work during the pandemic.
CONSSometimes my delivery driver (when I was a user not a driver) would get confused where I lived. I believe the GPS on the app did not take them to the correct spot.

Fast Service
Overall, it’s quick and easy to order and get your delivery so I’d say it’s a pretty good company.

I use more often than other apps for food online delivery
App is easy to use. Shows available coupons at check out. Has a lot restaurants to chose from.
CONSSometimes does not add available promos at check out, I need to contact CS after order is processed as completed by restaurant. Sometimes wrong tax are calculated, can be fixed by CS after order is processed as completed by restaurant. Customer support is helpful, but it takes about 20-30 min to get final resolution and only 4th customer representative can help.
