Being the pro at losing my debit card that I am, I've come to rely on using my phone and Google pay as a primary method of payment.

I can't say there is any issue with it that I've ever experienced!

Generally i like using google pay for online purchases. But whenever i try to use it at a store or a tap POS device, it doesnt work with my banks debit/visa.

I love its easy of use and how it can be used over a variety of apps to make purchases, if your app is linked to your google account. I like the security better on this one over paypal, which has very intense security measures. I like google pay with its ease of use with online purchases.

Not very useful at in person POS app or to use at a store tap device. Also some app like for a restaurant app wont take my bank debit/visa, but its fine for a delivery app. But i can use Wise debit/visa for purchases at a store.

Guy this app is stupid try to improve your services create space for national banks,this app only supports fnb ,what about us capitec users?? Cant recieve my money from Google rewards because of this problem

Google Pay is so easy to use and easy payment processing. I use it for almost 80% payments.

Customer support is not good and takes long time to get response for inquiry.

After downloading the new app and reading through a bunch of promised referrals to download the new app and to share, I was immediately confused as to how I was to receive the bonuses. Still I continued to refer, ignoring all of the bugs and annoyances of the new app. I truly believed that once the bugs were fixed, that Google would redeem themselves. To my surprise, it only got worse. I never received any of my referral bonuses even though each one qualified, the friends who I referred also didn't receive their bonus. Google made a liar out of me. It feels like Google Pay is moving backwards rather than forward. With so many good money transfer omg reward apps out there (that make good on referral rewards) there really is no incentive to stick with this version of Google Pay. I hate writing this review because I've bragged about the ease of using Google pay for over 10 years. Sadly, I don't have anything positive report.

Initially I was excited to see that Google Pay was getting a new look. I've been using Google Pay since the very beginning.

I hate that we can no longer use the web/email to send and receive money, so inconvenient. Being forced to download an app that is so big, and crashes the phone is annoying. Everything about the old google pay was better than this new app.

I like that Google Pay saves your payment tendors all in one place. When you go to checkout online on different websites it automatically will input whatever credit card/debit card you would like so you don't have to run & grab your wallet to input numbers.

There isnt anything I dislike about Google Pay it is very straightforward & easy to use.

The name is known and trusted so customers are confident when they see the name.

Nothing , it simply does what it needs to do.

Most impressive thing is the effortless and safe transactions with a high security of money which is most important.

I had to face lot problem while linking my debit card to google pay which was lil bit irritating.

It's simply and safe to use. You can pay by one click.

I didn't have any objections or bad situations for now.

Overall, I have found Google Pay to be exceptionally easy to use to make payments on a purchase and to receive money (as a vendor myself).

Google Pay comes with any android phone or device. Its free to use. It is easy to use and almost anyone can quickly learn to at least add a payment method and make a purchase be it in person at a POS or online. Making online payments is super easy, especially now that most vendors accept google pay. Google pay can act as a bank or it can act as a wallet, storing multiple payment methods from giftcards to bank accounts and credit cards - all of which are securely stored virtually. It also lets you store and manage key-tag barcodes for grocery stores, gas stations and most stores.

So far, I have yet to find something I do not like about Google Pay. In its first iteration, it did lack some of the features it has today but since that has been addressed, I cant find anything I dislike about it.

google is reliable the purchase is secure and whenever you made a purchase you can always view it I don't have to worry about my money or any fraud because they are secure

google app is secure and there are easy method and ways for purchasing things online I'm using google play for now over 4 years and whenever I wanted to make any purchase that's what I use I will recommend anyone to google save and secure..

what I dislike about google is that they don't have any creative ways in which u can make money for example like game I think they need to bring in methods in which customers can make money to their PayPal account

Love the ability to be able to pay by just holding my mobile device near the pos terminal, or even purchasing something inner app from my device. It's secure and I have never had any issues whilst using it.

This is really by know fault of Google Pay, but it would be so much more convenient if store clerks knew when they accepted it or not. Sometimes it will say and sometimes it won't so its a hit or miss.

I use Google Pay for my daily expenditures. If helps me to save the fractional costs. I found that instead of paying in round figures at a POS, I can exact amount payments easily with Google Pay. It makes life easier.

Google Pay is very fast and secure. We can pay for numerous utilities like electricity, piped gas, broadband, subscriptions, prepaid recharges and many more seamlessly via their mobile application.We can directly pay from our bank account to the merchant's bank account anytime and from anywhere for free of cost (for INDIA and subsequent regions). It is trustworthy app and it remembers our automatic payments and transaction history.

There are no such cons. Earlier their used to be more offers in terms of direct cashback, but now all the scratch cards are majorly partner coupons which are not such useful. But apart from that, it does its job well, I have 0 complaints with it.

You can't use it everywhere The biggest problem with mobile-payment apps: You can’t count on being able to use them. Which system you have access to depends on what phone you have, and you’re also limited by what stores will accept. Apple Pay and Google Wallet are the most widely accepted right now. Theoretically you can use either at any retailer equipped with the latest contactless credit card terminal. By October, most stores will have to update their machines anyway in order to be compatible with new chip-enabled credit cards. So many stores will also buy terminals with the contactless technology. But just because a retailer can accept mobile payment doesn’t mean it will. I do enjoy using this software and what is available for users and business users. The different things anyone can use it for their staff. Gift cards or vouchers that can be spent with them and quick and easy transactions etc.

Can be a bit more user friendly for users that will find some of the things are looking for. They need to be more about their customers than about money making. ie in apps purchasing is more about the in apps software than their customers. The options when wanting to claim a refund is rubbish and even when you give further information they tell you it doesn't meet the requirements etc. They should be more for their users than in apps platforms as the users that use their software and services should come first because if a new software becomes available why would allot of their users should stay with them when another software will show they value their loyal users over in apps. In apps do advertise but when their purchases are not what it states then listen to the users who uses it and they never seem to ask about the in apps purchases that users uses or when users are complaining about the in apps software that uses download and use. Also finding a contact number for user is hard to find and only can email them. They need to learn that we are human and do require to be able to talk to someone also as their are other software like Apple and they have contact numbers.

So business problem is now I don't need so many apps to access my different bank accounts and if i want to pay my suppliers I can pay from here only even I can check my bank balance, self transfer.

It integrates with all the bank accounts in one place. After downloading Google Pay I have stopped using the application services of different banks I have transferred any money to any one in my contact I don't need any bank details any more. Secondly, I am also a small owner with the QR code services you can ask any customer to pay and you can see the transactions in the app itself.

The software comes directly from google. Therefore there are no questions about security compensation. It is very useful & easy to make payments with a native credit/debit card through Google pay. It has been a blessing while we set up our play console. Fast, secure & can be accessed from anywhere.

Available to very few countries & very currencies. Accept limited numbers of banks & cards for payment. International payment faces issues sometimes.

I don't need to have coins or changes to give any local shops to buy small goods, just few clicks using google pay and transaction in done either in bulk or just in coins. And with the security it gives us, it is trust able.

I have been using Google pay for long time now and i am highly satisfied with it. We can transfer money using phone to anyone and we can even chat with them, this is an amazing feature. I liked its Interface its simple yet advanced which includes every bit features required to do online money payments or money transactions. We can transfer money to friends, local shops, online stores, buy tickets, pay many types of Bills, etc. There are lot more features that helps us to maintain our monthly expenses properly. Not only Google pay helps to maintain money payments but it even gives us Rewards. For me I use it daily to do online transactions, its easy and secure. I even got into few problems while transferring money, but i contacted their customer care, they helped me out in resolving the issue in no time. So Google pay is good to go as a Mobile payment Application.

I use this application to transfer and receive payments for a variety of things, including phone recharges, power payments, dish TV recharges, online and offline purchases, and paying my electricity bill. Overall, it has been really beneficial to me and made my life simpler.

Quick payment service that is easy to use anywhere, at any time. It is dependable and safe. The nicest part is that we receive points and money for making purchases. I can instantly receive a digital payment receipt that I can share with another party for acknowledgement, and I can also check the balance in my bank. It also offers excellent customer service. Additionally, it sends reminders for regular payments, which is a great feature.

It is a highly safe and dependable application, although occasionally payments get caught on the bank server, slowing down processing. I have occasionally had problems with payments failing, necessitating further payments.

Nothing specific. I do not find any drawback in using Google Pay. Day by Day it is improving itself. I liked it most. Loved it.

Google pay helps my small business of selling safety keychains to my customers. With it I’m able to let some customers pay me from Afar or locally in my community’s market which happens weekly! I also share it with customers and tell them how easy it is to navigate the google pay app too.

They could be some improvement maybe allowing better referrals benefits. I have not struggled with the application.
