"The las thing I will point out is the way the tickets are printing are a big mess, they are crowded, font is too big, they are unreadable, the name of the guest is hidden in the middle of so much unnecessary wording, when I asked if they could clean the way the tickets look like I was told by a \[sensitive content hidden\] this will be up the development team and could take month, meaning nothing will change."

"I wasn't a huge fan at first, mostly because the system felt over complicated and a bit messy, and we experienced a lot of small issues that didn't have a great solve. But getting a dedicated GoTab rep has made all the difference."

"Inexperienced GoTab team, cannot onboard new accounts, lack of knowledge on how to takeover an existing account, they are only good for new accounts not integrated with 3rd delivery platforms."
