"Just to have a simple question answered such as if a certain printer is compatible with the RX system took 5 business days to get an answer. If you ask to speak to a manager they can't get a hold of anyone and no one calls you back. "

"There is always a problem somewhere in the system. Unless you are very familiar with the software you need to contact customer service. If you need customer service you are out of luck because it doesn’t exist as far as I can tell."
