It does automatically clock employees out at a little after 1 am. Not sure why but cannot seem to find the reasoning behind it.

Few times there are some mistake within the normal operation that are no explainable especially because are not repetitive.

The graphics are perfected for restuarant businesses and the Linga team are working hard to be better adapted for a retail business.

Have been with this company for 7 years and see no reason to leave.

Often lag or some functions not performing correctly. Fix can range anywhere from as quick as the next hour to a couple days for next update.

Went well for a few months then more problems. I paid for this unit in our second location and it still in a box because they wouldn’t take it back and we are not using it.

The first time we used Linga we couldn't believe the many possibilities we could do with it. We had a great time customizing it for our use.

There are problems with reports not matching within the system. One report shows employee overtime for over 40 hours a week, but it doesn't correct if time is adjusted.

The system was PERFECT For my 26 seat one POS restaurant. It was easy to program, easy to change and I got lots of help from tech support.

I have been so impressed with everything that Shopify offers. Their reporting, different integrations, website building, all of it is so impressive.

I love this software because it is so easy to deploy and operate.

The card swiper they are bad, it's really cheap or something because half the time I have to type in the card info (takes extra time, and possibly charges a higher fee).

What I like most about the software is the ability to use it in a few different ways.

Shopify POS is a great platform especially for keeping track of sales and customer's in real-time. The app was easy to navigate.

What we liked most about Shopify POS is its seamless integration with our online store.

I love that I am able to create and scan barcodes versus entering prices and descriptions when customers make a purchase, its more efficient and I can keep track of what I have, sold and sale items.

While we have not used other PoS software, Shopify PoS does a great job for us. All features we need, none that we don't, and an intuitive UI.

This process works great. I love how it integrates the inventory amounts with my website.

That was surprisingly hard to do last time I used Shopify POS. It's possible the problem has been fixed by now.

Despite the minor flaws, I still use Shopify POS because it is the easiest POS solution for my business. The pricing is fine as well.

I wish it wouldve just converted that information directly from the website but it did not. Which was a bit frustrating.

Shopify is a great app for both the customers and retail sellers. It really makes our shopping experience convenient.

Shopify makes decision making easy for our operation. The ability to, at a glance, see how products are performing what customers want from us, and whether our pricing is fair.

Also the way that the hands held card reader is shaped is very nice. The software itself integrates smoothly with my Shopify store, and it runs perfectly.

This means either we could shut down until they fixed it - which took a week - or we could charge everyone less tax than we needed to collect . . . and then pay to the municipality.

I like that it links to my store pretty seamlessly and has all my customer information stored. I like the card reader as well.

You could to improve your business with a few efforts to creat amazing  results.

The customer support is abysmal. Shopify screwed up the tax rates.

It will also update your inventory levels. That kind of integrations is awesome.
