Pros
- Multiorders is very in-line with our requirements, easy to use and has a fantastic customer support team. Sales and after sales is brilliant.
- Nothing gives me more confidence that I have made the right choice than these people's perfectionism and desire to help. The software itself is like a mirrored image to the people behind it.
Cons
- If you make a mistake, though, you can copy that order, create a new one with that information, correct the data you need to correct, and delete the previous one.
- This was in response to an order, where Multiorders should have reduced stock just by the amount sold - obviously this resulted in over-selling.
Pros
- They are quick to take control and show you while guiding you over the phone through the steps of how to accomplish what it is that you would like to do.
- Somewhat easy to use but their team really are quick to help and explain everything so I didn’t feel abandoned at all.
Cons
- Steep learning curve at the register. This is the least customizable part and the number of options can be confusing.
- Any attempt to change it will give you an error. This is annoying and leaves you open to risk that your new rule will miss logic you built into your old rule.
