Peach has grown with us. The customer service is the best, if I can't find a report or need some special report, customer service points me in the right direction or adds a special report for me.

The most important things i like in this software is interface easily handle if you practice and most amazing product for inventory management.

The integration into our business from MYOB was very easy and the backup support and answers to any questions was first class.

The way the general ledger works, but probably more my lack of knowledge.

A lot of times there is an update something stops working correctly.

Peach is great for my day to day trading and stock control, when I do have a problem it is solved quickly.

The software has everything we need for spare parts , good cross reference program , supplier  program , easy invoicing and ordering program.

Peach have always been great to deal with and very friendly local support.

Easy searching for part number transactions. Easy uploading of new part numbers.

Peach and there support staff after the install has made it a pleasure to deal with them. We have had custom mods done to suit our warehousing etc (at a very reasonable cost).

Also the lag that can exist when connecting to peach servers can be frustraiting at times.

Easy to use , easy to understand , and cost effective.

It is easy to use and train new users. Most screens are self evident.

All good, support is good and the team is very helpful.

I find that invoicing, tracking invoices and staying on top of accounts extremely easy and streamlined.

Overall I find peach to be a great product for what I am using it for. Tracking Sales to customers all over Australia.

Integration was a huge concern but was made seamless by the Peach team. Usability and pricing matrix are key features.

These normally get fixed but that is a task in itself and you are made to feel like it is something you are doing wrong. The reporting is over complicated and building your own reports is painful.

I feel like the future will be strong for both Peach and our business which is great.

Period lock and then getting as of date trial balance and financial statements are difficult. Difficult to edit details of invoices once entered.

When it came time to set up my online store, AmberPOS was once again a huge help. The integration with my physical inventory and my online inventory was synced without much hang-up.

We knew there had to be a better system, but as small business owners, cost was a significant factor.

The team support has truly been wonderful. Easy program that can be navigated by younger staff, and flexibility of sales ability work very well.

They are quick to take control and show you while guiding you over the phone through the steps of how to accomplish what it is that you would like to do.

I was just about set to go with another POS system, when Software Advice recommended the AmberPOS. I spoke to Ashley at AmberPOS who was very helpful, patient and supportive throughout the process.

Too clunky and customer service is terrible unless you pay.

Steep learning curve at the register. This is the least customizable part and the number of options can be confusing.

Somewhat easy to use but their team really are quick to help and explain everything so I didn’t feel abandoned at all.

Scalability and user friendly features allow this to remain small but give the ability to increase as the business grows.

Easy to use, adjust inventory, The support staff is just wonderful. I have never waiting more than 45 minutes for a call back.

The Barcode designer is great to work with, product labels look professional and are fully customizable with your own logo, etc.

Overall great value and features are mostly what you need to get you off the ground and even growing.

Any attempt to change it will give you an error. This is annoying and leaves you open to risk that your new rule will miss logic you built into your old rule.

The support subscription is expensive and the cancellation fee is disappointing.

After extensive research into a variety of different options we decided that Pacific Amber Technologies provided a better product than others that cost twice the price.

It is easy to use and intuitive. Support is great (front end sales, telephone IT support, online manual is pretty good).

We looked at three other systems and this was the best one for the money.
