We do not use all the functionalities in the system, mostly because we use it in a slightly different industry than what Rentmans most users are workring in. But also since our economy system in separate form Rentman with manual transfer between the system, and since we have had to do some workaround in order to adapt the system to the way our industry works locally in our country. Rentmans support team is outstanding. Always there to help with a very humble approach and always with very detailed descriptions of functions or features. The team is willing to listen to the client feedback, and will implement new features accordingly, could take a while, but they do eventually get to it #### Cons There are some bugs that take a while to get fixed, however, a message off to the support team will get these resolved normally in a short time. #### Reasons for switching to Rentman The system was not scalable, and we required having our own in-house terminal server so that each user could log in and work on the software. No incentive was offered I used to use Current RMS, however, I moved to Rentman as it has a better system and backbone. It makes more sense with the layouts and with time can become a powerful tool for the business. I've had this for about 1-2 years and still learning new things, but as a small company, it's not been a quick setup. I do however love the support that Rentman offer and they are always listening and improving, which is why I 100% recommend Rentman. They are working on this product for us and the changes are always coming in. It speaks our language, the people who work there understand everything we are trying to do, and they go above and beyond for Rentman to be like a third limb!! Their support is second to none. We have taken up the premium support service, and wow!!!!! They are more responsive than people sitting next to us in the office here. They get back to every email / ticket / suggestion / question as soon as they are online, and with such context and awareness of us (Their team knows us so well and we know them, because they are so personable and consistent). We consolidated so many systems into Rentman; warehouse / inventory, quoting & invoicing, rostering & scheduling, timesheets, task management, CRM (the critical parts in Rentman, yet we moved from Salesforce to HubSpot for our marketing elements). #### Cons There are a few aspects in the last 8 months that are not exactly what we'd like, but we've either shifted our expectations or Rentman have made developments to sort it out! Not being able to share a Project across multiple Account Owners has been a little bit tricky but we've refocussed our needs there. The 'contact person' does not have much information associated with them, but I'm picking holes at a pretty incredible system. #### Reasons for choosing Rentman Because it is made exactly for our business; the Event Production industry!! HubSpot would have been a massive workaround to achieve even 5% of what we're doing now out of the box with Rentman! #### Reasons for switching to Rentman We had so many platforms, and all of them separated. The staff are always well informed about material and personnel. The program does what it is supposed to do well, quickly and clearly. Also the quick overview and online availability. The planning of material personnel and vehicle fleet becomes child's play. The organization of the material is simple and clear, as is the overall appearance of the software. Everything runs very reliably. Also the hiring of material is easy to do. The workshop module is clear and practical. This program is packed with knowledge and passion. The support is very fast and effective. #### Cons Little things in the mobile app. For example, you can not simply create a project quickly, with name and date and info. You can work out later in the office. That would be very helpful if you get orders on the way.
