Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was pretty easy to use & had a great CRM element and reporting functionality.

  • Good layout and the dashboard gives a great snapshot and overview.

  • Cons

  • If there is one feature we could get, it would be an integrated POS. With that said, we currently use Square and it's working fabulously.

  • The iOS app is great but doesn't have the the flexibility and functions of the desktop version - for example you can't amend staff rotas via the app.

  • Pros

  • The ability to expand on transactions no matter which module you are in is a nice feature. The GST function is also very good.

  • There has been significant development for this product. It is obviously mature. The implementation specialist is very helpful.

  • Cons

  • I'm not personally a huge fan of the menu system. but it does what it is supposed to once you can learn where things are.

  • What I like least is the back side of it is not as user friendly. Feels like you need to have a degree in programming when trying to setup printing forms. Setup wizard could use simpler terms.
