Insocial, the tool for understanding your customer!

With Insocial we can better understand our customers and therefore improve our company.

PROS

The software gathers feedback on all of the customers' touch points. You really understand the good and the bad of your company, so you can improve and grow. All of the data is gathered in a dashboard and you can combine them and visualize them as you wish. Besides that it's a great team to work with! Really enjoyed working together.

CONS

The software is constantly improving! So if there are any cons about this software; then you can always address this to the Customer Succes team, so they can help out and evolve the platform.

Binnen NCCW hebben wij heel lang de aanname gedaan dat wij wisten hoe een klant / gebruiker over ons dacht. Maar dat kun je alleen maar weten als je de klant / gebruiker zelf vraagt. Hiermee krijg je de mogelijkheid om je product en de diensten verder te verbeteren.

PROS

Op een laagdrempelige manier halen wij feedback op bij onze klanten / gebruikers. Door het gebruik van business rules wordt een klant niet overvraagd

CONS

Er zijn wat mij betreft geen nadelen.

Ik werk al geruime tijd met Insocial, ook bij andere werkgevers. Hierdoor is het niet meer nodig om andere producten te overwegen.

We used the reporting to get insights on how members and employees value our company. Through InSocial we learned where we can improve, but also where can further strengthen our organization. The assistance from Laurien was fast, helpful, proactive and extremely insightful.

Insocial easy to integrate in your business proces and easy to use.

This product gives our organisation an easy and good overview of how they experience our service.

PROS

Intergation with our business process was easy.

CONS

What we mis is when you discuss with te customer after you receive the feedback there is no possiblity to register what you did discuss with the customer.

Great organization to work with.

We wanted to get a better grip on how customers experience our company, software and services and provide those customers with an extra channel to give feedback and advice. InSocial helps to facilitate this, both with their platform capabilities as with their expertise and support.

PROS

The basic things you work with most are very intuitive and do not really need much training or explanation. It has a nice look&feel to provide our customer with a good experience, which was very important for us. Although we haven't utilized all the integration possibilities, we're confident that the platforms API will support our needs.

CONS

There's a lot of insights you can already get from the data that's collected. I think there's an opportunity to standardize certain insights even more, so that (admin) users can become even more self sufficient in getting those deep dive insights.

Reason for choosing Insocial

We had the best cultural fit with InSocial and they also ticked almost all of the boxes on our requirements. I pricing there's a lot of choices out there from free to very expensive. For our own maturity level and goals InSocial proved to be the best choice.

Reasons for switching to Insocial

It had limited scalability options. Moving to a SaaS platform offers more stability, less maintenance and way more flexibility.

Easy to use, very professional organization!

It would be ideal if you could easily forward a review to a contact per e-mail. Or be able to follow up on the review and add a status to it in the system from Insocial.

The communication is always good. They respond quickly when you have questions and they always make time to fix problems on a short term.

There is still space for improvements for example in the dashboarding. But they are it continuously.

An one-stop-shop feedbackplatform to measure all experiences and a nice team to partner with

Integration took a little bit longer than planned, but the positive thing was that our input was being built in directly into the platform which saved us money on customizations and a better standard product in the end

Insocial brengt inzichten voor klantgerichte innovatie

dankzij Insocial hebben wij meer dan 100.000 reviews van onze klanten ontvangen. Dit geeft ons inzicht in hoe onze klant onze diensten waardeert. Maar minstens zo belangrijk zijn de suggesties die klante geven voor verbeteren klantervaring. Voor ons bedrijf is dit de belangrijkste bron voor het continue verbteren van onze service en brengen van relevante innovatie. Insocial heeft ons flexibel geholpen om revieuw funnel zo effectief mogelijk in te richten. Verder denken zij continue mee over verdere verbeteringen.

CONS

Het liefst zouden wij onze gehele - dus ook telefonisch - klantservice aan Insocial uitbesteden, maar dit beschouwen zij niet als hun core.

Veel beter inzicht in klanttevredenheid en betere klachtenoplossing

Ik werk inmiddels al een paar jaar met InSocial en het is een fijne partner. Ze hebben professionele mensen in dienst en denken graag met je mee!

PROS

Door InSocial kunnen salons die op ons platform zitten op ieder moment zien hoe tevreden hun klanten zijn en kunnen ze snel contact opnemen met mensen waarbij dat niet het geval is. hiermee zorgen we voor een hogere klanttevredenheid overall en minder negatieve reacties op publieke kanalen!

CONS

Als je InSocial gaat gebruiken krijg je pas echt inzicht in de tevredenheid van je klanten en dat kan soms even pijnlijk zijn. Als we echt naar de software kijken, het is een risico dat je loyale klanten te vaak om hun mening gaat vragen wat wel eens als storend kan worden ervaren maar de mensen van InSocial denken daar goed in mee om dat te voorkomen.

Klantbeleving op basis van feiten ipv gevoel

PROS

Makkelijk in het gebruik en bovendien ook te koppelen met ERP/CRM/Topdesk systemen voor het geautomatiseerd uitvragen van klantbeleving. Formulieren zijn eenvoudig aan te passen.Ondersteuning van Insocial medewerkers is erg goed.

CONS

Niet echt een nadeel van Insocial, maar een goed zicht op de klantreis en de belangrijkste touchpoints is noodzakelijk om de juiste uitvraag te doen.

Inzichtelijk

Korte lijn, duidelijke afspraken en ze komen de afspraken ook na.

PROS

Grootste pluspunt is het inzicht in je customer journey in fases voor - tijdens en na de verkoop. De maandelijkse rapportage is inzichtelijk en mooi opgezet.

CONS

Voor het programma insight is ruimte voor verbetering, maar dat zit eraan te komen. Daarnaast vind ik dat je voor het programma wel echt een uitleg gehad moet hebben en het vaak moet gebruiken om het helemaal door te hebben.
