  • Pros

  • Having instant, constructive feedback allows us to recognize outstanding employees as well as improve our customer experience. I also love the templates that allow us to respond to customer comments.
  • I know there are many other use cases than how we used Medallia but I found the experience easy to navigate and straight forward to understand customer and internal NPS scores and feedback.
  • Cons

  • You have to be discerning about how much detail you want to know, it can get overwhelming quickly. We use it to find the places we have missed the mark.
  • Only cons is sometimes medallia c loud will highlight red words that are good.it supposed to only high bad things in red.

  • I like how user-friendly it is and that it doesn't take too much time to train anybody to use. We're loving the new GMB integration and find it beneficial for our clients.
  • It helps that reviews are responded to so quickly. It helps us be effective at our jobs.
  • Cons

  • It often had problems where it would switch between dats or social media platforms. When this happens you can not just switch it over you have to start totally over and it gets really annoying.
  • I feel it may be very intimidating for some. A lot of information is given on many platform through Soci and it can be confusing.
