Excellent service!

From the beginning, Review Wave has been exceptional. The training was thorough and setup and use has been super easy. Any time there is an issue their customer service always assists us fast and resolves any issues.

PROS

I love the text prompts for Google Reviews.....it makes it super easy and convenient for patients to review us on Google. Also love the appointment text reminders, it helps reduce no shows.

CONS

Sometimes the appointment text reminders do not go out and that causes some no shows since patients rely on those reminders.

The reviews would not post to Google Reviews, which did not make us visible on the web. We had too many instances of the service not working and appointment reminders not going out.

Review Wave Has Transformed Our Practice

Excellent. Highly recommend.

PROS

Ability for patients to self book their own appointments is excellent. Love that we can text from our own phone number. The texting function and appointment reminders are fantastic. Like all of the features and templates for this.

CONS

I do not like the email formatting. The version that we have is not very user friendly and the emails don;t look all that great.

I don't recall all of the other systems I looked at but it was a few and it took several months to review and vet each one. The great reviews along with the no obligation trial convinced me to try Review Wave. The customer service was incredible and I loved it right away.

Review Wave

Our practice started with Review Wave several months ago. In the sales process they were very helpful (of course they wanted to sell me). My staff had the setup meeting and I thought things would be all set up for us. They offered the text messaging (limited to 10,000), online scheduling (which new patients must schedule through the website to show up on the schedule), activation texts (which they set up very limited messages that are dull and not inviting to reactivate you patients), and reviews from google, Facebook, etc. Well, the review process worked great for the 1st few weeks, since then we get minimal response. They also offer patient intake forms but that is an additional $100 over the $300 per office. My situation is I have 3 offices, 2 separate locations and one located inside (a diet program with a different DBA) the main office. They all use the same schedule and have the same tax ID # but they want to charge me $300 per office with a 10% discount …. A 10% DISCOUNT for me to add my 3rd office are you kidding me????? I understand there is work involved in the set up, but I am really upset about the pricing, so I did not start the diet program with them (by the way this is my busiest program). We did call them to help up set up better text message reactivations and sales messages and they set up a meeting to SHOW us how to do it ourselves. Well, let me tell you, I called Zingit, and their customer service blew me away. They stated they would require a set up

The idea behind the software is good, their pricing is outrageous for what you actually get if you have more than one office.

Review Wave allows us to provide better customer service

We are saving so much time by not having to text appointment reminders to each patient individually. It is so nice to be able to send out group or individual texts. This software also allows us to communicate more effectively with our patients and they don't always want to take the time to call and can just send a text. We also like that we can use the app on our phones to send and receive messages on the go.

PROS

This software is very user friendly and has many options to fine tune it to each individual business. It allows for better communication and less missed appointments. They also offer great customer service.

CONS

The campaigns are a little trickier to use but there are more steps involved.

We liked the reviews we read and the many different options that were available for us to use in our business. Not only can we communicate more effectively with patients but also they can leave reviews for us that help build up our business.

Exactly what we were looking for

We have seen our reviews and ratings sky-rocket in number since integrating the product as well as an increased number in kept patient appointments due to reminders and online scheduling availability.

PROS

The integrated prompt and ability for patients to rate and review our business via mobile device following their appointment visit.

CONS

It took the office quite a few phone calls with customer service to set up and fix our needs for scheduling when it came that people scheduling their own appointments online. We were, however, able to get everything exactly how it needed to be, it just took a little time and patience.

Great support software

Great service to use at the time when we needed it, and would go back if we ever had a need.

PROS

The integration with our system at the time was wonderful and streamlined our work flow.

CONS

When we switched to CT Cloud, some things were not integrated well or became extra things we no longer needed.

Five Star Reviews galore!

Review Wave, as a company, has been very responsive to any issues that we may have come across...and those issues were few and far between.

PROS

This is the first program that finally engaged my patients successfully to review us. We proudly now advertise that we are a 5 star clinic! Our patients and our team really like the ease of text communication. I can't imagine not having this software in place.

CONS

Since I am not in the admin team, I cannot really give advice here, however I do know that my team loves this software.

Reason for choosing Review Wave

When I reviewed the Review Wave product and looked at the results of other clinics, I was so impressed that I didn't need to look any further. Review Wave also offered me a very good incentive to get started with them. I felt that the company had high integrity. Now, 2 years later, I can verify they are a great business that I can easily recommend.

The previous software was not automated enough and it required that our team do one or two tasks for each patient from which we wanted a review. My team has enough to do without remembering to ask for reviews. Review Wave took away that bottleneck and I began getting the 5 star reviews our clinic deserves.

Review Wave is great!

I would recommend Review Wave for anyone looking for a texting system. It has helped not only with sending reminders to patients but also with receiving reviews!

PROS

Review Wave helps take stress away from our staff by sending automatic reminders that we can customize. The best part is that we can send texts from our office phone number! The software we used before, could not do this and gave us a completely different number to text our patients from which was confusing.

CONS

The overage pricing is a bit high. We have so many patients that we often have an overage charge and I wish we had a greater amount of texting included.

Wonderful platform for a great price

Our clients have seen reviews for their businesses increase more than double within the first two months of using this platform, which has provided a positive impact for their business and an excellent ROI.

PROS

Dashboard is incredibly straight-forward. The ease of use and integration options have made it easy for our clients to jump in and start using the platform immediately, and they are seeing excellent results! The customization options for all templates give us the flexibility to tailor our message to our specific audiences. Customer support has been fantastic! The team is quick to respond and has been accommodating to any requests and recommendations we have. It's clear their priority is their clients, and that they are eager to take advantage of all available opportunities to improve or add to this platform.

CONS

The backend is not as pretty as some of the industry competitors, and there isn't an option to tie multiple locations to a single login. However, the team at ReviewWave has been incredibly supportive of this and has assured my team this feature will be rolled out in the future. Based on the support I've gotten so far, I believe this one "con" will be a non-issue soon.

The best I have tried

We use it and will continue to use it. Great company doing awesome things and doing them well.

PROS

We use Reviewwave for appointment reminders and review requests. There are a lot of programs that fill this niche and it is only getting more crowded so there may be better but the quality of work done and the reliability of the program is great. Tried one other one a year ago and only used it for a few weeks before switching back.

CONS

Costs a bit more than some of its competitors and I am not sure what else they have to offer as I have been with them for a few years and in retrospect no one has reached out to reconnect or see how we are doing. Not a negative but would be nice once/year or so.

Best thing I did for my practice

PROS

The scheduling app and 2-way texting have helped me run my business as a solo chiropractor. I have been able to manage my business without having to hire additional staff to do what Review Wave does for me! Their customer service is so amazing and always there to help! This is the best investment that I have made and I highly recommend Review Wave to everyone I talk to!

CONS

I have had feedback that the scheduling app is hard to get to use, while others (most of my patients) rave about it.

Excels at increasing google reviews and practice management features are a huge bonus

PROS

It has boosted our reviews 400% since we started using it. The features like online scheduling, text messaging and intake forms have been an integral role in the growth of our practice.

CONS

It is a little complicated to navigate through the various settings on the website. Don't always know if there is an update and new campaigns have been generated. Not easy to see what all is being sent out to patients.

Review Wave is awesome!

We love Review Wave. Even from the demo we did in the very beginning, we were very pleased with their services and professionalism. They always take care of us. Their customer service is phenomenal, and we love their chat feature for support. They are always super quick to chat back and solve any problem we might have. Overall, we absolutely love Review Wave and would recommend them to everyone!

PROS

Automatic text reminders for appointments, automatic missed appointment texts, birthday texts, automatic feedback requests result in more Google and Facebook reviews. Love that everything is automatic and there is no thinking involved at all. They do it all for you. The integration was so easy and the Review Wave team handled it all and walked us through every single step to make sure we knew how everything worked.

CONS

The one and only thing I wish they had was some sort of sound alert or flashing on the icon when someone has text. The only way to know someone has text is to literally be looking at the dashboard. That would be so helpful, especially when we are busy.

Great Product but Needs More Work

PROS

Integration into our practice software, appointment app, electronic submission of paper work. The support staff are some of the best in the business with quick responses to answers and problem solving.

CONS

Seemed perfect at the start but for a 20 year old practice with established systems, protocols and practice software quite a few holes become more evident. No updates since I have been with RW.

This has been very positive. Every time we have a question on how to use or make changes to the set up, the staff at Review Wave always gets back to us promptly.

PROS

How easy it is to use for ourselves as business owners and for our patients. It also saves so much time for our front office manager.

CONS

I would lie to be able to turn off notifications for appointment reminders even when the patient cancels a couple of hours prior to his appointment.

Saves so much time!! Love it!!

Overall, our experience has been outstanding!

PROS

Customer service is just a chat away! They are right there any time we have a problem and they are immediately working to resolve it! Most impactful is the fact that it saves so much time not having to make phone calls and we can communicate real time with our patients. It works really well with our EHR system. The app is very helpful as well to see how busy our day is going to be and to be able to text patients from our phones when our EHR is down.

CONS

We have so many different types of appointments that the scheduler didn't really work for our office. It wasn't for the lack of effort put in by the awesome people at Review Wave!

Best money spent!

Missed appointments are way down and reviews have increased from 30 to 92 in almost a year.

PROS

It is easy and customizable. I use it everyday and see its value in my practice.

CONS

I wish I could make a pdf of conversations to save for files and attorney records. Right now I can only print the page to record the exchanges.

Makes admin life much easier!!

Very good experience--staff always available and very helpful when needing a special task. Pts love communicating with us and it could not be easier. Access from any computer, the doctor's cell, anytime/anywhere.

PROS

Set it and forget it. Let's you create all kinds of custom messaging and track stats.

CONS

There's not much to dislike especially when you can tinker with it on your own or with help from tech support.

Review Wave is very user friendly and helps keep out patients on track with the care. In addition, we have received many reviews from the use of Review Wave which is amazing for acquiring new patients and our SEO.

CONS

Sometimes the software gets confused when we add in a same day appointment. Because of that, the patient gets an additional text and they get confused.

Saves hours in my day!

I use review wave everyday and couldn't imagine my day to day without it! We no longer have to do reminder calls (which literally save hours when you see 100+ people a day). Patient communication is so much better as a lot of people prefer to text rather than calling. It helps with patient retention by sending a text when people haven't been in for an appointment in a while. We also love the feature that sends feedback requests to receive review on fb, google, etc.

Love Everything About ReviewWave!

The benefits are huge!! My google and Facebook reviews have skyrocketed!

PROS

Review Wave is a text appointment reminding system, review platform for clients, and an online scheduler. I chose review wave because they integrate well with Genesis. Review Wave has blown my mind with all their features. After a patient leaves my office they are sent a text/email to review their experience with my office. They are given the choice to rate 1-5 stars. If 4 or 5 stars are chosen, they are taken to a page to leave a Google or Facebook review. If less than 4 stars are chosen, they are given the opportunity to leave feedback. Appointment reminders can be set to fit your offices needs. My texts get sent out 24 hours and 2 hours in advance.

CONS

I wish there was an easier way to see the texts that were sent out that day.

Review Wave

I am overall satisfied with Review Wave. We have upgraded services since starting with them since they have gained our confidence.

PROS

Review Wave is pretty easy to use and has a lot of capabilities. I also like that we could start at a lower cost tier and move up or down based on needs.

CONS

The review texting process does require my office staff to inform patients that they will need to follow the link after they respond to the initial text feedback request. Most people don't realize that they haven't actually completed a Google or Facebook review when they respond to the initial text.
