In general, this is useful if you have a diverse price book and different types of sales motions which require approvals from different stakeholders.

The configuration might be quite hard at times, but it is rather because of the fact that the businesses processes are very complex and they are hard to model.

It requires a lot of clicks and updating price/making price changes is very difficult. Creating a quote used to take me about 5 minutes and now it takes about 20 depending on the complexity.

I liked the Salesforce integration, we were looking for an alternative to get more detail in cost, price and quotas for our customers inside the same Salesforce platform.

They really took the time to understand our processes and provided us with solid , well thought out solutions. Their customer service has been some of the best I have experienced with any vendor.

Can Integrate many tools in CPQ like DocuSign and Xauthor. You can update  or upload information very fast by using Data Loader.

The collaboration and reminder aspects of the software are also excellent. As a company, they have a responsive, creative and open minded management and operations teams.

The enhancements that have been shared with us look great so we are excited to see Loopio is invested in improving an already powerful system.

One other great thing about Loopio is that the staff is very responsive and helpful.

A great tool, awesome team and we even won the first RFP built in Loopio.

Preset response templates make it very easy to give a response to customers and with just little modifications you can convince them.

SMEs were bombarded with the same questions time after time and we were terribly inefficient.

In addition, it is worth noting that Loopio has some of the best go-live support for SaaS software that I have seen.

This is the best damn RFP software system on the market. These guys have unparalleled customer support and have developed the first FUN to use RFP system to make requests for anything 100% less sucky.

Other than a few quirks in the system/workflow, we have been extremely pleased with the platform and the customer support that we have received.

The product is already substantially better than the one we were so excited to select a mere 6 months ago and it continues to improve.

The software is the best in terms of the user interface than anything else we tried out. We have found Loopio extremely intuitive, easy to learn, easy to train others on and easy to navigate.

Export formatting is our biggest pain point; however, this has a lot to do with preferences.

I believe that they are building a world-class product and have throught very hard about product development and roll out.

Keyword matches sometimes return very off the wall answers, but those are few and far between. When using subgroups, there is no way to reflect the subgroup ended on the import.

Loopio's customer care has been most impressive. We were guided through a simple on-boarding process, including training tools, to assist our internal teams.

Loopio is a cloud-based request for proposal (RFP) solution that is suitable for midsize and large businesses. Primary features include content management, content libraries, team collaboration, import and export and advanced search.


It allows users to respond to RFPs by importing requirements within the solution, searching questions in the database and assigning them to subject matter experts (SMEs) if needed. Security teams can fill up questionnaires using the content library and users can also create customized sales proposals.


The content manager module allows users to store and organize content into categories and multiple libraries. Users can schedule periodic review cycles for SMEs to refresh content.
