Pros
- I am impressed with how easy and inexpensive it is to configure and deploy this cloud based software. It was easy to train end users and the API provided makes integration easy.
- Honest with you and do not over promise. Support website is full of great information, easy to search, release notes are great, and product feature requests are easy to submit and track progress.
Cons
- I work from an off-line tablet and sometimes forgot to upload my tablet. With spotty wifi, sometimes it doesn't want to upload my audit.
- No phone support is a little frustrating, but it makes you be concise with your questions and leaves a paper trail.
Pros
- The auditing reports are great as we can easily find out who changed something and when.
- Its alot like a few of the other software programs out there , it is fairly simple to use , delegates roles , eliminates repetitive motions , pretty basic great for small business.
Cons
- My only negative is that it can sometimes take a while to get a hold of a support person when there is an issue. I have waited a couple of days in the past (mid-week, not over a weekend).
- Doesnt allow for you to change alot, doesn't give enough characters to use to explain an issue too limited.
