Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The package is easy to use and has a lot for the price.
  • Excellent customer support and feedback. STEMs regularly reviews feedback from clients and work on continuous improvement of its functionality and use.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes there is a lot of information to upload when an injury first takes place. The option to do a bulk upload would assist greatly.
  • One downside of Stems is that it is a relatively new format, so there is still relatively limited support for it in the digital audio world.

  • Pros

  • It is easy to use and encourages true understand of the risks so you can address the reason the risk exists, not just the consequence.
  • The software is flexible in meeting our needs and growing with us, as well as encouraging collaboration across our organization.
  • Cons

  • Reporting functionality needs to be developed more. KRI functionality missing.
  • Minor issue - Lack of printable /sharable risk event view (when needing to share outside of software, e.g. in a meeting).
