We have some issues with finding some of our buttons in the CSS, but the problem is probably more because of our code than anything.

It's best value for price on the market as far as I can see.

CSS selection for hints  can be tricky sometimes.

ProductFruits is an intuitive and easy to start with Software, that has a great experience from the very beginning on.

I would say i struggle initally to use this software but this is because i have never used a product onboarding app before.

Finally, the integration with hubspot is astonishingly fast and easy to implement, which reduced our implementation time a lot, and helps us have. A clean and unified database with our CRM.

They help perfectly and know everything you want to know. They also offer everything I want to have in a onboarding platform.

And support is awesome, answering in minutes, solving issues, or suggesting workarounds...  they also hear your feedback to improve the product itself.

The onboarding guides are really easy to use and look more sexy than those of the software we used before.

Configuration of Tours, so called Hints and more is very easy to learn and the capabilities are more than you would expect from such an inexpensive Product.

To get the tour working with specific conditions is sometimes tricky (tunning CSS selectors).

In addition to that, their support and reactiveness is fantastic. I have interacted several times with them and they were always super supportive in finding solutions or even implementing quick fixes.

What really surprised me was the ease of use. I did not depend on any programmers or our webmaster to set it up.

Overall experience with ProductFruits team has been amazing. The team is very supportive and available round the clock for any technical/non-technical queries.

The team have been great at helping me create the optimum setup for our particular use case and helping me debug various issues.

Also the fact that it is possible to have different environments helps the design team to test tours without any production implications, which i just GREAT.

And let’s not talk about “%” because it sounds too vague. It means that your SaaS can earn additional tens of thousands of dollars a year without spending anything on ads.

There is no single element in the software, that I don't like. The only thing that Product Fruits should do is, adding more payment methods.

While Torii works on mobile devices, some screen are not fully optimized for mobile view.

Myself and the admin team also really appreciate the software application approval process.

We work in a high turn over industry so new SaaS apps are always being introduced and offboarding is a pain point. Torri simplifies both of those processes for us.

Some features were missing when we started using Torii. Yet all my request were already on Torii's roadmap, some have already been implemented.

Customer support is really willing to help you get the most of the solution and it's very interesting to chat with them on how to improve your processes.

Workflow steps are logical and very simple to set up, but also quite comprehensive in the actions you can take at each step.

Torii is really easy to use as an application.

Onboarding workflows and it's integration with G Suite to create and decomission a user as needed from start to finish.

No way to bulk edit users, but its on the roadmap.

Some features are still missing, such as the reorganization of tasks within a workflow.

That said, the software itself is easy to deploy. The integrations are all easy and behind the scenes so you can start getting the data you need right away without any intervention.

All correspondence with Torii was excellent, easy Sales, implementation, and aftercare is tremendous. Highly recommend for quality product and customer service.

Overall, Torii is going places and they listen closely to user feedback. From my experience so far the current and future benefits are quite clear.
