Friedmanu is an amazing tool for any business owner.

With such high turn over in the retail industry it has helped us get our new employees up to speed quicker than any other program we have tried. The employees find it very informative and easy to use.

As a business owner it is great to be able to track the progress of new employees and managers as the progress through the training.

Possible the only negative point I can mention is the time zone difference as we are in South Africa. However that said support always responds promptly and we work around it.

On top of the training there are so many resources and templates we have used to help our day to day operations. This alone was worth the cost of the membership.
