Even less analytics savvy users will be able to benefit from a wealth of digestible data from this solution with little or no guidance.

Great tool for really looking at your sales data to find trends beyond what SF provides. Great graphing, great ways to look at data at a macro and at a micro level.

InsightSquared knows what a Sales organization cares about and provides that data in helpful ways to access reports and gain insights.

It's an easy to use tool. It integrates really well with our CRM system Bullhorn.

I like the intuitive nature of the reporting and dashboards. It makes board prep easy and internal reporting a breeze.

I use InsightSquared to help forecast my expected revenue, and also review some of my key states as a salesperson.

It can be a little difficult to understand with how to configure if you do not pay attention during the product training.

Some of the out of the box dashboards have become critical for our day to day business but some functionality is also limited.

I also love the ability to customize anything (cards, view, colors, etc). If you're looking to track different factors related to production, this is a fantastic option.

Is that I have maybe had to build 2 Salesforce reports since using it, and for that it's awesome. Keeps my reps super accountable.

Bottom line:  If you are navigating a rapid growth software business...license Insight Squared. It's ROI will be witin the same quarter.

There is no real time sync set up with Salesforce and so if I change something, it can take an hour to reflect. This is incredibly minor though.

Easy to create various dashboards and charts. Useful tool for viewing/judging sales team metrics.

The ability to filter our information and statistics from our growing pipeline is also great, as it got quite complex with our last CRM.

It's been a great contact and process management tool for us as a middle market investment bank.

Since starting with dealcloud in 2017, we've had great improvement with our contact & deal pipeline database.

Visuals on dashboards are fantastic if you know how to use them. The ability to link different modules easily is what makes this a superior software - until others catch up.

Our company goes through an unusual amount of intermediaries, and having the ability to split up our communication and deal flow with them versus our proprietary search is great.

The software performs its core function, and the support team is available and responsive to help with customizations.

The e-mail marketing platform in DealCloud (Dispatch) is woefully poor.

As a new DealCloud user (six weeks), I'm very pleased with the platform overall. Generally speaking, I think the tool is intuitive and flexible.

I liked the functionality of the CRM and the ability to customize the different fields for data I want to track.
