Pros
- I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- Being able to run historical forecast accuracy reporting allows for a quick gathering of data to help inform future forecasting.
- I was greatly helped by the easy integration from Material Order to Delivery Note and it was very easy to update Bill Of Materials.
Cons
- The software is mostly designed for using forecast from StockIQ. If we import our forecast in StockIQ, it somewhat limited the function on other parts without import forecast.
- It’s leaps and bounds above our previous system. Any complaints I have are caused by our internal data structure and not StockIQ.
