  • Pros

  • The focus of this software is to make the experience of customers top notch, and this is done through constant meetings and live support.
  • I love how user friendly it is even for beginners they do not have to waste time struggling to learn the features. I also love the audio and video quality it is sincerely the best.
  • Cons

  • Quality of meetings were increased. No major negative feedbacks.
  • Usage of bandwidth is high according to me as through mobile data it sometimes stops screenshare.

  • With outreach we can see what sequences are performing the best, which email templates get the highest response, and even when the best time to send emails are.
  • Outreach is a fantastic tool that enables me and my colleagues to be much more productive in our sales outreach.
  • Cons

  • I have found though, that most of the time it is user error, but sometimes errors are not clear.
  • It’s hard to pinpoint something that is bad about the software. There have been minor outages which will last like half an hour but that’s literally it.
