I love how user friendly it is even for beginners they do not have to waste time struggling to learn the features. I also love the audio and video quality it is sincerely the best.

But then I changed the settings and allowed my microphone then it was working fine. Slowly i started liking this app more because of the quality and for the assistance give by the zipteam members.

Zipteams... i have been a Zipteams user for almost 1.5 years now one thing that i love avout Zipteams is how easy it is to use it. The customer care also has the best services.

Quality of meetings were increased. No major negative feedbacks.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the software was to use, and it was super stable during our meetings, which is a must-have in this day and age.

I also love the fact that the features are easy to understand. Finnaly i love their price it is fair.

Usage of bandwidth is high according to me as through mobile data it sometimes stops screenshare.

It lags a little bit during the meet which is not good which should be looked upon.

Wow, ZippTeams is an amazing software for virtual meetings. It's packed with features like screen sharing and video conferencing that really elevate the virtual meeting experience.

With outreach we can see what sequences are performing the best, which email templates get the highest response, and even when the best time to send emails are.

I have found though, that most of the time it is user error, but sometimes errors are not clear.

They have fantastic customer service and a great knowledge base, I believe its called Outreach University for their customers. It is pretty intuitive to use at least at a baseline level.

They will randomly send invoices with literally no explanation. After responding to their team it will take often days to get a response on the invoices.

There are some small things that I don't like with Outreach. Things get stuck in failed & pending states and you are not notified.

I love how easy to use it is. The UI is extremely simple, only took me a few minutes or so do figure out how to make calls, set sequences, etc.

Tasks are fantastic, good integration out of the box to SFDC, and the ability to customize layouts is superb.

Outreach has been fantastic but adoption has been the biggest issue we faced. If adoption is done well it will absolutely lead to better conversions of leads and revenue.
