Its easy to use and does everything-the online booking facility is great.

The ability to customize it in so many ways. We have a Laser Tag attraction that we needed to take reservations for in order to follow safety procedures due to Covid.

I integrate with Stripe and Paypal so my booking and checking out process is seamless. I love the fact that everything is digital and I am 100% paperless and compliant for GDPR.

Really glad I moved from Schedul to Ovatu best decision.

Not much possibly too long numbers when buying vouchers I find adding treatments sometimes confusing for me we could have a choice of background or seasonal i.e. Christmas Easter summer etc.

The online booking is a great feature and ever growing area of our business. Very customer friendly and integrates well in the system.

So far* inability to integrate with Square. I prefer it to Stripe, which does the job in the intervening period, and I've been advised that Square may be in the works.

The customer service was super helpful. I wouldn't have been able to customize it to my needs without their useful guidance.

I don't like the inability to block out a specific day. You can block but it still allows you to book over it.

Unable to set up more than 1 set week (I work shifts). No shop option for customers to buy products online.

I like the option to set rotas depending on the current situation and for events such as Christmas. Also having a full list of treatments with prices that I can tweak for individual bookings.

The pricing is very affordable and, for everything that is included, is a bargain.

On the payment screen theee are too many steps if this could be broken down to a simpler version of cash / eftpos then paid it would be much simpler.

The support team have been totally awesome,  they imported all my old appointments from my old system, so i have full client history. Always responded sometimes within minuets.

I love the great customer service, the step by step help guides, the fact that everything is in one plae at the click of a button.

Any assistance that is needed, not only are they more than happy to help but the speed in which they do this always amazes me.

Resembles Google calendar. Easy interface for recurring appointments and easy to adjust appointments.

Simple layout without extraneous buttons or links. Schedulista can be integrated with Stripe to accept payment.

That messes everything up, and when you go to change an appointment, it sometimes won't let you because it thinks you are making an illegal google change.

This solved a really problem I had in competing with MANY other businesses who were selling online over the lockdown period due to Covid-19.

The design is as approachable as Calendly's, albeit a bit more elegant. Features are comprehensive, on par with Acuity.

I love customizing all the communications, from the initial welcome to follow-ups after an appointment.

Before Schedulista, the scheduling process for our classes was so painful, so time consuming.

It has taken many hours a months of extra work from my shoulders. The system is easy to use, looks good and very affordable.

It has made scheduling for my previous position easy and I love that I can automatically add each appointment to calendars. The integration options are convenient and easy to use.

It was easy for them to book in, and I was able to clearly understand their requirements.

Really no major weaknesses. Sometimes the sync with google calendar lagged, hard to say though that the problem was with this app.

My clients love it, I love it, and the few times I've needed any help the support was clear, concise, and friendly.

Had one bad moment when IOS13 caused the app to not function on the iPhone.
