Versum is a cloud-based salon management solution that helps manage daily operational tasks. It is suited for businesses of various sizes and can be accessed from internet-enabled devices, including smartphones and tablets.

Versum offers real-time online appointment booking embedded within salon websites. Alongside this feature, users receive an online appointment book, appointment history, appointment reminders and automatic thank you messages.

The customer relationship management (CRM) module of Versum allows users to send automatic birthday wishes, run targeted email marketing campaigns, integrate their accounts with social media sites and operate a loyalty and referral program. Versum also supports the back end of salon management by offering employee scheduling, real-time cash auditing, statistics and reporting, customer retention analytics and a point of sale module.

Versum is available for purchase on a monthly subscription basis. All users receive setup assistance, training sessions and technical support via email and phone.

    The part that the appointments & Sales are integrated
    The dashboard page

    The after sales support is very quick & prompt

    Cons

    Not able to extract customer data.
    Daily cash opening & Closing is a bit complicated
    Customer address & phone number doesn't appear in appointment details

    The customer service is super helpful and response time if you have any questions is almost instant! The support team do a lot of the initial set up and give one-to-one training sessions.

    Cons

    That is isn't run from an app, it's run from the web browser. Sometimes on the phone, it isn't very easy to use.

    Versus is easy to use and with the help of the team we quickly increase our clients in a short time. It has several features such as reminders, birthdays, confirmation messages that favor us as a company and our customers.

    I think they should improve the help manuals in the sense that the information has to be more detailed, it would be great to add options for cancellation reasons.

    What I like the most about Versum is having an organized agenda,time saved,easy to manage both parts( administrator/employees/clients)
    that is so helpful for us that the customers can book anytime they want and that the Versum system send before an appointment a sms reminder.
    Really recommended for similar businesses where you need to schedule appointments!
    Is just perfect !
    Customer service and Versum Support very friendly,promptly and professional .

    I am, in no way a computer expert and was putting off even looking at a software program out of fear of using it. I tentatively contacted versum and was soon chatting to Representative. He has literally changed the way our business works and since we've been using Versum's online booking system our bookings have increased unbelievably and our lives are so much easier. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with it.
    Firstly Representative painstakingly gave me online tuition, he walked me through every single step. He has the patience of a saint. I was surprised to find out how easy the system was to use. But, if I did need anything at all rep or someone from versum would contact me immediately. Their customer service is fantastic, software, excellent, ease of use 5 star. Versum is one of the best companies I have ever dealt

    Cons

    I personally would like the software to allow my clients to buy gift vouchers online.
    Even when I do call versum with a small issue it's dealt with or looked into. I'm struggling to vault it

    The best program to run the salon, in the first week of use I raised the turnover by 30%, irreplaceable and easy to use, works on several devices at the same time

    Customer data is safe, I have statistics overview, information to the customer, the ability of many users, online booking.

    Pros

    Versum makes it easier for me to work with clients and employees, and at the same time protects my clients' data. Full control over the shared data. Settlement and forecast of sales and remuneration. Automatic mailing and SMS to customers. It meets my expectations.

    I am missing the automation of regular customer visits. Limitations in the form of employee settlement.

    No more appointment clashes
    Customers love reminder, confirmation and birthday sms and email messages.
    Loyalty program is an excellent way to make customer's come back!

    Overall Versum team helped us reach from a 150 client list of which 10 were regular to almost 600 regulars in less than 2 months!
    My business is doing very well thanks to Versum and I am able to increase my staff without having to worry about anything but quality of the service.

    Customer service is super fast and they are very helpful. The system is very easy to use, I only needed help twice and everything else is self explanatory. They walked me through everything during trial version.

    Cons

    I can't think of anything bad about Versum. They are always willing to consider new ideas. However, versum still does not provide built-in credit/debit card payment.

    It's like a small diary. I can change everything any time. And the client can book online at home, it's very helpful

    Can't put a white space between clients. Sometimes one client need more attention that the other one and there is no chance to extend her app

    easy booking, fast confirmation e-mail reminders and txt messages user friendly live system which allows multiple people to book appts simultaneously

    Pros

    this software has revolutionized my booking system. my staff can all book my appointments on multiple platforms/PCs simultaneously. customers love the texts/email reminders. it has reduced my "did not attend" rate and has increased my customer satisfaction and retention.

    Cons

    some of the public holidays are auto-blocked off, that are not applicable. eg. Irish bank holidays that arent in England, would be shown automatically as an "off day", but in England this is not the case. so it is a bit cumbersome to get to the screen to change this. Sometimes we just over-ride and book it, but it is a little bit frustrating.
    overall a fantastic product with great results. highly recommended

    easy to use and also reports do everything for you for tax/vat, the support team is amazing they spent 2 hours on the phone with me setting up everything and are very quick to respond to emails

    there is no option space between development time of colours but i know they are working on this and that is only a small error everything else is perfect
