Versum offers real-time online appointment booking embedded within salon websites. Alongside this feature, users receive an online appointment book, appointment history, appointment reminders and automatic thank you messages.
The customer relationship management (CRM) module of Versum allows users to send automatic birthday wishes, run targeted email marketing campaigns, integrate their accounts with social media sites and operate a loyalty and referral program. Versum also supports the back end of salon management by offering employee scheduling, real-time cash auditing, statistics and reporting, customer retention analytics and a point of sale module.
Versum is available for purchase on a monthly subscription basis. All users receive setup assistance, training sessions and technical support via email and phone.

It is very easy to use. The best is the record of clients which you can see and check at any time.

Customer data is safe, I have statistics overview, information to the customer, the ability of many users, online booking.
Versum makes it easier for me to work with clients and employees, and at the same time protects my clients' data. Full control over the shared data. Settlement and forecast of sales and remuneration. Automatic mailing and SMS to customers. It meets my expectations.
I am missing the automation of regular customer visits. Limitations in the form of employee settlement.

Loyalty program is an excellent way to make customer's come back!
Overall Versum team helped us reach from a 150 client list of which 10 were regular to almost 600 regulars in less than 2 months!
My business is doing very well thanks to Versum and I am able to increase my staff without having to worry about anything but quality of the service.
Customer service is super fast and they are very helpful. The system is very easy to use, I only needed help twice and everything else is self explanatory. They walked me through everything during trial version.
I can't think of anything bad about Versum. They are always willing to consider new ideas. However, versum still does not provide built-in credit/debit card payment.

this software has revolutionized my booking system. my staff can all book my appointments on multiple platforms/PCs simultaneously. customers love the texts/email reminders. it has reduced my "did not attend" rate and has increased my customer satisfaction and retention.
some of the public holidays are auto-blocked off, that are not applicable. eg. Irish bank holidays that arent in England, would be shown automatically as an "off day", but in England this is not the case. so it is a bit cumbersome to get to the screen to change this. Sometimes we just over-ride and book it, but it is a little bit frustrating.
overall a fantastic product with great results. highly recommended

easy to use and also reports do everything for you for tax/vat, the support team is amazing they spent 2 hours on the phone with me setting up everything and are very quick to respond to emails
there is no option space between development time of colours but i know they are working on this and that is only a small error everything else is perfect

Versum has excellent and versatile functionality but is simple to use. It is excellent value for money and the support staff were really fantastic in helping us to get set up and switch over from our previous system. It allows us to keep track of all of our bookings and income. Customers can book and also pay online if they wish to and it has really streamlined our booking process. I can't recommend this software highly enough.
So far, we haven't really found a downside to this software. We are relatively new to using it but so far it has met or exceeded the expectations of what we require.
