The customer service response has improved astronomically. Cons: There's still no support for time component to deadlines, a very basic feature for a task management system. A lot of their connectivity with third-party resources like Microsoft is not accepted by many organizations due to security issues. They need to improve their security certification level. Right now, you can only set an estimated time that a task may take to complete, but you can't track the time it actually took to complete. Akiflow is the first one that let's me aggregate tasks from many places. Notion, Gmail, Slack, you name it... I can tag it, bookmark it, etc. and it ends up in Akiflow. I groom my tasks daily and move them from my inbox into specific days.. .And then at the start of each day, I drag my tasks onto my calendar where they live and ensure I don't book a meeting over top.
