Forecast (and its partner Harvest) make for a powerful program that can assist in planning any work that requires team effort. The process is easy, the interface readily understandable.

Both Forecast and Harvest are good - but the integration is horrible.

I love that you can zoom in and out between how granular data is. It is really easy to tell what is going with just one glance at the screen.

It works on mobile but not very well and basically shows you the desktop version.

Unfortunately, we are not usually able to use it for much beyond its visual representations of individual team schedules week-to-week because of the lack of reporting tools.

I liked that this was integrated with Harvest when we were using Harvest. It made it super easy to use.

As a fan of Harvest, I find that working with Harvest forecast is just as easy to use. This is a great tool for anyone who doesn't have a forecaster built into their project management software.

The ability to quickly edit timelines and assignments is fast and easy.

The product has many fundamental flaws. For example, if you charge a deposit for a project via Forecast, it doesn’t actually credit the deposit against completed work.

I really like how it connects together, when I am working on a task, I can just choose that specific tasks, without me writing it. Also I like that it is an app.

It's been awesome, and the added cost is nominal compared to the value it delivers.

The management of the applications is easy and intuitive, set up is quick and team management is as easy as clicking or dragging.

Found it difficult to change the wording on the reminder e-mail that is sent to the client.

The supposed time zone blocking feature does not work.

The reason is in simplicity of the software and super awesome support system. It's perfect for anyone who don't want anything complicated to manage calender events, calls, meetings etc.

I can't say much against it really, bar there being an odd bug here are there which always seems to get fixed quickly.

Another feature that is hands down amazing is the ability to add buffer in between calls and scheduled appointments.

My website is a dark theme, and the only [small] complaint I have about this product is there is no option for a dark theme vs. a light theme (currently the only option).

I am not tech savvy AT ALL, and my experience with Probooking has been great. It has super easy integrations (just push a button!), and simple tutorials that even someone like me can follow.

When i learned about Probooking and joined in the very beginning, I was so surprised and happy to have found a tool that did exactly what i needed at an affordable cost.

I still struggle to justify using Probooking as my main tool for bookings as I just feel there are certain features that fall short due to oversight.

Great being able to set up different schedule for different type of appointements. Ability to use our own email to send confirmation/reschedule emails would be a great asset.

Id have to say the most impactful features for me would have to be the ability to collect payments while booking an appointment. Also the integration with zoom or google meetup is amazing.

The ease to use is a huge benefit but also Udit puts out updates and new features often. Seriously is an amazing product that will help so many businesses, no matter what area of expertise you are in.

I also love that they have webhooks and integrations with Pabbly. This is really helpful is you want to automate certain aspects of the scheduling process.
