4flow review

In general it is an OK product, but I miss the thorough UAT tests before new releases to avoid additional bugs and issues. Resolution time of the problems could be faster and customer service can be better in the sense to direct the issues quicker to the right subject matter experts or to 2nd/3rd level.

PROS

In general good for suppliers and carriers to create and update transport orders and track their status. From administration point of view it is easy to maintain records, do downloads and mass uploads. Reporting functions is working also fine.

CONS

No constant monitoring on the performance, which is sometimes very slow or the server is not feeding the data at all. Customer service is poor in this sense, they don't recognize these issues only after several user complaints. Customer support is not helpful and resolution time is slow. In case of new releases there was always some other functionalities affected and causing user issues, which were noticed by customer support much later.
