Tracking of shipments are much easier. The software itself is easy to use. Overall, I'm glad I managed to be able to use Cargobase. It saves a lot of manual work. Also, the customer support is untouchable, with full and quickly support. Cons: I didn't like the parcel shipments segment. There are automatical quotes for a shipment and you cannot contact any person (from parcel) on Cargobase and you'd have to switch to e-mail. Also, if any of the fields are not completed correctly, you don't receive quotes and you don't know which are the incompleted fields that require a specific parcel forwarder to quote.
