Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

The software enables you to manage assets and control inventory with ease. Lastly, easy depreciation management and custom reports help you make well informed decisions.

It's a good tool to track assets and see who has what and if the asset is available.

This is a great asset management software, especially if you get adequate training.

It’s very easy to use and very simple to set up once you know what you’re doing. The customer service team are also very good and are happy to show you how to do something if you’re stuck.

I didn't really need the inventory updates to my email, but there was no harm from it.

It definitely makes my life easier and quicker and it allows me to do it at any time which is good. Also the email/response system is great and easy to help you keep track of what you have requested.

I love the customizable reports and asset tags. I also love the tie-in with my customer support ticket system.

Being able to track our devices and connect with our Active Directory made this an easy sell. I love the integration and the ease of tracking devices with the app and scanning.

Had some connectivity issues for a while. My company has two EZOffice instances in use so that can get confusing.

Once you delete an item you will loose the item number.

Ezoffice has cut our lost and stolen items down consideribly. We know who has what and when they will be returning it.

We are having some trouble getting the mobile interface to do what we need. It tends to be unresponsive or difficult to navigate.

EZ Office Inventory is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. I appreciate that it's easy to have access to the inventory, as a user, and request specific items by loading them into a cart.

The simplicity of feeling like I'm shopping on Amazon while adding inventory to my current or reserved cart is a fantastic user friendly experience.

Collision between the app and website check out sometimes still have equipment booked on my name even when I checked in.

I have had a great experience with EZ Office inventory. It is super helpful for our company since our employees are remote and we are sending out a lot of equipment.

I love how easy it is to understand this software. Everythig is intuitive and the customer service reps answer calls in a timely manner.

Integration with ZenDesk, easy to use API, and full lifecycle management of assets.

The fixed asset module is a great supplement to the fixed asset tracking we have used in the past, and saves a good amount of time at the end of each month tracking down items.

My only negative is when I have connection issues with my service. I sometimes have to wait to log info.
