Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Great for our sales department to track leads. The best part that will help with my job, fewer spreadsheets to use.

For my role, Dynamics provides excellent task/case/customer management features allowing me to resolve customer issues quickly and provide better overall service.

The support team is very prompt and helpful, with their help you can use Dynamics to the best of it capabilities.

Since having this product, we have seen an increase in company revenue due to increase in sales as this product helps us to facilitate communications between the company and its clients.

Very helpful in providing information and solutions with content that can be accessed quite easily. The price is also very affordable.

Overall experience of this software is preety much better then others. I would says it's just amazing and very easy to use.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Hence it is the useful software for the good customer reporting.

Overall my experience is great. It is terrific value for your money and does the job better than most CRMs.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

A necessary evil that I'd rather not deal with, but I have no choice but to do so.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 has been an excellent software in management of sales tracking ability. It has been helping our team alot in fulfilling customer's CRM needs at ease.

Dynamics 365 is the perfect combination of a world class ERP and CRM. The customer and lead management is outstanding with countless options to simplify daily tasks for users.

We had a problem with Jet that didn't let us publish our own 1 year warranty as a bullet point. Zentail cannot override bullet point features.

I do not know how this software has gotten such high praises.

If I had to say what I like best is Zentail makes me feel like a partner and not a customer. I feel as though they are vested in our success.

This software makes it easy to push your listings to all sales channels such as Wal-mart, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.

I know there's a lot more Zentail can do that  I haven't even touched yet (I'll leave these to their respective departments).

This software is crap when it comes to purchase orders, shipping, and just about everything else you would use it for.

I love that the interface is so user friendly and easy to follow.

Pretty cool we could set the increase and let it run NOT pricing was jacked up across the marketplaces. Way off 8% and we would have one item with 10 different colors.

The success dashboard is a great tool to help manage products on all the websites. The Analytics tool is great to see what products are hot and what are not, what is making money and what is not.

BE WARNED If they fail to deliver on your onboarding goals, you will not be released from the contract.

I like how I can control what warehouse will fulfill what products as I have multiple warehouses.

I feel as though they are vested in our success. There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.

However, it caused a lot of issues with Jet and plummeted that marketplace. Constant uphill battle with that marketplace using this tool.

Great Solution to list Products on multiple channels  in one interface.

At this point I had already disconnected Zentail from all of my channels and hoped to mitigate losses by cancelling the 1k per month Zentail subscription.

I am very impressed not only with the ease of use but the ease of getting up and running.

I love how easy it is to load a product (with the right data), flip switches and it's listed on all the channels you have hooked up.

But they do have a partner you can integrate with for another $1000 + dollars a month. Pricing- a complete and utter waste of time.

The software has all of the functionality that I need to manage my multi-channel marketplaces. The Zentail support team is super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Customer service is great, flexibility and understanding each customers unique situations. Just a great software and great team.

Managing selling prices by using the dynamic re-pricer is great. Zentail worked closely with me to customize an order export file that works perfect within my business model.

Every now and then we'll run into a bug or have a question about a feature, and Zentail's support team has always been very responsive and helpful.

I was excited about the inventory and pricing features as well as being able to optimize across marketplaces. Failures in all 3 features.

We had no way of keeping an accurate inventory at either warehouse and it did not take inventory out based off where it shipped from.

In my mind as a business owner that sells products, if I have a product that costs me more money to service the customer than it makes, that is a poor product.

Easy to use interface, easy to see back end records (who changed what, and when) and diagnosing issues of products/listings. The API is nice to pull and do some custom programmed automated analysis.

The repricer that it claims to have is garbage as well, it is not a algorithmic repricer and will loose you money.

Great experience overall very easy to use and dela with.

There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.

We started this program hopeful that it would be our solution to having multiple e-commerce sites.
