E2Open is a cloud-based end-to-end supply chain management (SCM) solution that includes process management, planning and response, cloud connectivity and analytics. The E2Open Supply Management module includes order management, inventory management, logistics visibility and supply planning.

The Demand signal management module provides sales order management, channel inventory management, demand planning, channel data management and channel logistics visibility. Additionally, it includes contract compliance, channel data management, forecasts, shareable product information and the ability to manage information such as shipments, invoices and payments with trading partners.

The sourcing and procurement module provides real-time supply chain process management by generating alerts for the transactions that require attention. The transportation and fulfillment module helps in the management of outbound processes which includes management of transportation and delivery of goods, alternate delivery channels, return management and more.

It provides support to the customers via phone, email and live chat.
