Time saving and documentation reduction

Freidesk is an amazing platform that saves our time and money. The system is simple and clear to the user. Despite the short time we use Freidesk, it has shown that Freidesk people really care about things, extra efforts to support the business in times of need are just a demonstration of commitment.

Pros

It is no longer necessary to ask the prices of many carriers, fill in orders, ask to send documentation by post, then write invoices etc. All shipping information is in one place: day of loading, time, truck numbers, driver name, etc. It is also a pleasure to receive monthly reports in various aspects: on price changes in the regions, the number of orders ordered, the carriers we work with etc.

Cons

Freidesk is not integrated to our existing business program, so information such as loading numbers, truck numbers, loading dates need to be duplicated. However, this is a slight imperfection, as we have worked in the past without Freidesk.

Helpful, easy to use and perfect customer support

Pros

It is the most convenient when once the information (locations) has been entered, it remains and can be used as a template. Large supply of carriers and very strong customer support (always replies and resolves the issue quickly). Every day I enjoy working with Freidesk and their monthly reports are very informative.

Cons

Carriers are late with providing information, do not change the "stage" on time, sometimes needs to be reminded.

Saved time and opportunity to develop bussiness
