Basically graphtie 'enables' business success based on your preferences and way of working. Cons: When running basic data gathering reports within the tool we get a spreadsheet with absolutely every piece of data we could want, 99.9% of which was not material to the reporting request. We should be able to run a basic report looking for x & y piece of data without having a massive excel spreadsheet given to us. Note: We choose not to use the reporting modules within graphite (we use our own reporting tools) however basic data searches and results being able to be exported into excel would be nice to have. From there their DEV team helped us fine tune the final product. Cons: Our API integration process with our ERP took longer than planned. This was a new API connector that Graphite built for our ERP. Tough to say if the delays were due to bugs in our ERP, inactivity from our IT team, or a matter of over promising by Graphite sales team. Today, the API connection is live and working.
