I love the simplicity and ease of use costumer service is great.

Currently we can no longer add files to the system. There seems to be some disconnect in what ITS dispatch sales offers and what the system can actually do.

Limited in the necessary load entry data and very limited in the drivepay options.

There is no support available for problems on weekends. Bill of Ladings need to be more customizable.

Pros: Products is wonderfully easy to use and the integration with Internet Truckstop is a nice feature to have. Other features such as the dashboard give a good read of where things are at a glance.

It is easy to use and provides the info need to make decisions.

I like being able to see who clicks on our loads so I can follow up with them to see if they have questions.

My overall experience has been great using this service.I keep my trucks loaded with the best market rates available.

ITS has been a good product for us. We do not use it to its full capability but have been happy with the parts we use.

I like  the fact that I can enter all my loads and organize my billing all in one place.

I initially went with ITS Dispatch because of the Truckstop brand however now I’m regretting my decision. They have not put forth the effort to maintain the system.

Pros:  Resource on both office and mobile platforms, Rapid refresh rates available, great sorting of fields/columns to maximize search vectors and affordable & easy to use.

Great software that is easy to work with. Customer service is great at answering any questions.

Simple and still comprehensive. We like all the integrations that make it easy to plug into other things.

No easy way to pay truck owner and driver without complicated maneuvering. There is NO way for you to self upload FUEL into system.

The ability to connect with your cell phone and utilize the inventory reporting and scanning features within RAMP is a huge advantage when you’re in the warehouse and do not have access to a RF gun.

Everyone of the staff have been an extraordinary help and they are all a pleasure to work with. They continuously took the time to understand our needs and help us in every which way possible.

We have also saved over 30k in paper alone because of the features and document handling Entrerprise has. Also the acknowledgement from tech support is always there.

So it provides a good feeling that your issue is noted and they are working on it.

Documentation for all  the different modules that's included could be better by possibly adding screen shots, but that's the only negative.

Very little negative feedback has been received since we implemented RAMP WMS software.

We currently utilize their EDI, barcode, scanning, and portal WMS technology for all of our customers. The implementation was well organized and tailored to fit our time schedule and needs.

We are just finishing up integrating Ramp into our company and can honestly say that we are glad we went with Ramp. The WMS is easy to use and easy to learn.

Their outstanding support allows us to just focus on our customer.

RF screens and program is easily changeable. Customer service is significantly better than our last 2 WMS programs, this is significant.

Order and receipt entry are easy to use. Reports can be customized to my requirements.

The software is easy to use and has allowed us to service more customers without adding administrators. Giving customers access to viewing inventory online has been a great selling feature for us.

I have used Ramp for over a year now and found it easy to learn and navigate. I have used several other WMS systems over the last 25 years and found Ramp the easiest to learn and navigate.

The Web Portal has been received with great reviews from our customers and having the ability to Export data into Microsoft Excel is also a huge advantage.

Sometimes we do have an odd glitch when receiving.

They assisted us in moving from an antiquated, disjointed WMS to a state of art platform that linked all of our processes. Our larger customers demand a customizable, EDI solution and RAMP delivered.

Excellent response time to our needs and the ability to offer a web portal to our customers is A.
